The main reason for low/2-star rating is breakfast. We got the room because breakfast was included. But it was "take-and-go breakfast" which is not breakfast. Oatmeal pouches but hot water was empty. No coffee first visit except for packets. Second try they had low quality coffee. No nutribars and muffins first visit. Came back before checkout and there was bars and muffins.
Under bed was dusty. Expect better to control for pests. Room was fine. Hallway was dingy with horrible carpet.

The hotel was in horrible condition. It was under construction. The pictures on the website were not an accurate assessment of the condition of the hotel. The room had chipped paint, tile; there was a bug in one of the plastic cups; it was not clean or fresh; The ONLY thing that was good about this hotel was the hotel staff person, Tommy at the front desk, who process my refund as we had to go and stay at another hotel.

Not the nicest hotel. Lobby always seemed to have people hanging around in it and it is a small lobby. Didn't really feel the safest.

We arrived late however i did list that on the special request note. First we can not check in. Due to the system updating. Then when they finally did get us a room. The ac/ heater disnt work, room was hot! Half the curtains were tore down, stains on the chairs. Took us 45 minutes to get a room i made a reservation for. Thr employees were very friendly and as helpful as they could be. Then i noticed they ocer charged me by almost 20 bucks.

This is an old dingy and smelly facility. It’s the fact the room was filthy- floors were sticky and dusty. All glass surfaces had dusty film on them. The windows were so dirty it was hard to see out. I only stay one night because I arrived late and there was nothing available around the area.

this hotel was like home less shelter. people are sitting in the hallway on the floor . i stayed 3 night did not clean the room .
there was no napkin or tissue in the first place .i went to get the toilet paper from the first desk. Very disappointed

Rooms were spacious but not very clean. Floors were sticky in kitchen area. Bathroom wasnt very clean trash on floor under sink area.

Horrible conditions- floor was filthy. Smell was nasty- cleaner smell overpowering.
People sitting on the curbs- smoking near the doors- propping open the doors- because the keys don’t work.
Air conditioning worked but there was still moisture in the room which made it I uncomfortable.
Sheets were like burlap.
The best were the two roaches that paid a visit to us this morning.
One crawled in under the door from the hallway.
At that point I said we were out of there.
I booked for one night- did not look at the reviews- my big mistake.
Immigrant housing facility- the most awful hotel experience.

The first room they gave me was dirty, food on the floor & in the refrigerator. No toilet paper at all and no towels at all. The room smelled horrible... like something rotting somewhere. Even the guy from the desk said it was horrible when he came to give us different room keys. Which took us to a room that had half a roll of toilet paper & at least a clean refrigerator. There was open tomato sauce in the cabinet, along with moldy hotdog buns, open boxes of food, etc... 2 different room and clearly not cleaned. A complete disgusting stay. If we hadn't already driven 7 hours to get there and were exhausted, we would have gone somewhere else to sleep. GROSS... I would never stay there again!

The rooms were dirty, the fridge was rusty and chipping, there was hair all over the air conditioning unit. It was musty, and the floor was sticky. We slept on top of the covers and kept our sandals on while we walked around the room. The service desk did not know what they were doing at check in, and the two attendants seem to get along. There was groups of people just sitting in the parking lot smoking and drinking.

My room was dirty, next room the door wouldn’t open. The inside of the hotel smelled and was also dirty. I never even got a room and the hotel and Expedia would not let me cancel. I left anyway,

While the room was spacious and tidy, the hotel itself is not so much. The area around the hotel is under construction and the hotel has seen better days. There were moments when I didn’t feel comfortable and as safe.

Old and disgusting. Room had a broken ironing board, broken fire alarm, carvings in the door, broken door latch, smell of cigarette smoke, broken toilet seat, and on-and-on! My mom's fridge looked like it came out of a dumpster. Really a dissapointment for the price and location. Sadness is the mood.

The staff was great and accommodating, but the room had many issues. The first room had no pillows on the bed, damaged furniture, and stained countertops. Thankfully, they put us another room. On a hot July day the air conditioning was working and that was the positive thing about the room. This place has an extended stay motel vibe. It was conveniently located to restaurants and the freeway. However, I'd only stay again if I had NO other hotel choices.

The TV did not work. Two lights were burned out. In the evening I requested a paper cup so I could make some tea and I was told they could not provide one to me. No coffee maker or cups in room. They could have very simply given me a cup that they use in the morning for breakfast.

Check in was quick, easy, clerk was very nice. Room is spacious and clean. Only issue is all the hallways smell like food, not in a pleasant way.

This was a nice place, but the hot water at the hottest was tepid, and the toilet clogged. I had to call for a plunger at 1 a.m. The air conditioner seemed to be fritzy, but we got that fixed. It was a little nerve-wracking at first. Oh, yes, and the TV remote didn't work well. BUT overall it was a spacious room, and that space was super-nice for a multi-night stay. The staff was very helpful.

This last stay makes me question using Hotels.com for booking in the future. This place was dirty. No Wi-Fi unless you paid an extr fee. The staff was incoherent. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The linoleum floor was sticky from overuse of cleansers and the carpet had a wet feeling probably from the overuse of cleansers.
