The plastic cushions on the sofa & chairs in the room were horrible to sit on & had a bit of an unpleasant smell especially when the sun was on them

The cleanliness, big rooms with all the facilities. The members of staff were brilliant!! The food was amazing!! Never seen such a huge breakfast choice!! They really cater for everyone!!

We had a great time there but we would’ve like to have more entertainment in the evenings, we were there from Saturday to Thursday morning and they only do entertainment on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. ( that left us with just one day of entertainment) we didn’t like the pubs at the marina so we were stuck at the hotel in the evening trying to find something to do. I know it was low season but there were enough people there and they would’ve attended an evening of some sort of show.

The fact that the pool restaurant and the main restaurants are both closed for 1 hours...With kids it is important to have food all them time available to guests

The building works next door , but You forget it’s there . Didn’t spoil our holiday at all .

Very good location, the staff are brilliant, the breakfasts are sensational and the facilties are very good.

The only point to raise is that the pool bar closes at 6 pm at a time in summer, where the pool is still full of people wanting cool drinks, ice creams, and snacks. To further improve the hotel experience, the hotel should consider leaving the pool bar open for longer.

Helpful staff, clean rooms, extensive facilities, superb breakfast and lots of top class touches to make the stay a true five star experience.

Expensive transfer back to the airport arranged by the hotel. The outbound taxi cost 28 euros, the transfer organised by the hotel cost 45 euros. Disappointing end to the trip. I should asked the price!

Poolside bar closed too early (18:00) meaning that whilst enjoying the pool we could not have drinks, ice creams etc. The afternoon became a bit windy meaning that sun shades had to be closed. We understood this but staff closing the sun shades did not give us a chance to get up before closing the sun shades which created quite an uncomfortable situation which could easily have been avoided. We found this quite rude.

Class location, great staff, good value for money.

There were huge mirror in the toilet and equally huge bed in the room. The exit to the beach is very convenient. The breakfasts are really good. The staff is extremely helpful and professional

There was a construction of new building next to the hotel. The door in the toiled doesn’t have the locker.

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous pool area. Generous sized bedrooms, very clean and serviced daily. Fabulous selection at breakfast. Really lovely staff.

Location was great and close to all amenities. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Sea beach was few minutes walk.

We were very dissatisfied with room location as there was no good view other than the roof of the hotel port. We paid money for side sea view but it was far from our imagination. Will avoid lower floors we requested to change but very disappointing response from the staff.
