beautiful little hotel in an excellent central location close to Rialto bridge. clean and comfortable, the staff were very helpful. I would love to stay there again!

it was a small room but this is venice so you’d be silly to expect more. the street below was noisy but the windows blocked most of the noise and the Aircon kept us cool.

Great location, confortable bed, great view of the canal, soundproof windows.

TV wasn't working, while the windows do soundproof the room from streetnoise, the walls don't keep the inside noise from reaching the room, which can be a bit of a nuisance. Toilet shower very small. Air-conditioner very old and noisy.

We got a fabulous room, lots of space. Loved the old beams and decor. appreciated tea and coffee making facilities. Staff friendly.

I absolutely loved my stay here. While my room and bathroom were small, I knew this is what I was getting coming in. My room and bathroom were clean when I came in and were always tided up during the day. The location could not be more perfect! I was five minutes away from Rialto bridge and there is a water bus station for easy access. The hotel is also close to the station where the water taxi goes to and comes from Marco Polo airport.
