The location and the staff.

The facilities need updating. There is a lot of wear and tear in both the common areas and the rooms. There are very few activities at the hostel. There is no bar and the breakfast buffet was often not served.

The location is convenient. In the room, there was a table, 3 twin beds, a table lamp, bedside tables, and electrical sockets. At first, I was confused because we didn't have a private bathroom, but later on I realized that we did have one, but it was in the corridor.

In order to access the bathroom, you need to carry a plastic card everywhere. At one moment, my card just stopped working, so after taking a shower I had to go back to the reception desk to renew it. I was feeling confused but the lady at the reception desk was super sweet and helpful. In addition, I think the price is a bit too much.

Location was quite good. Next to the stops and 8 mins walking distance to the Astronomic Clock.

The hostel is in a good location. 8 mins walk from the Old Town Square and 10 mins walk from the Charles Bridge. Our room on the 6th floor had a nice view of Prague. The staff during check-in and check-out were friendly and helpful.

The room was not spotless clean. There were not enough towels in the room.

The hostel was clean and accessible to the prime places in Prague - just an ideal distance.

The room was suffocating and there was not properly planned ventilation but table fans were a consolation.

Excellent location near the Old Town and near good food places. Trams came right outside. We were just a 10 minute walk from where our tours started. For the price, the room was good and the bathroom was fairly big. The shower was powerful. Staff were really helpful and nice! Someone on reception 24/7 to help.

Our keys to our room stopped working multiple times during our short stay so we’d have to go all the way down to reception from the 5th floor each time. The shower was cold on the last day. There is no air con, only fans.

It was great! the staff is super friendly and it was very clean, I recommend it 100%

They were overbooked, and we were placed in a dorm room instead of a double room. No mention of this was made at the reception. We decided to check out right away, and the receptionist promised to arrange a refund. 5 days later, I called the property about this, and they said that we lied about having a cockroach in our room. We never saw any cockroaches, nor did we ever mention any. Why we are being accused of this is a mystery to me. Furthermore they say the receptionist offered moving some beds closer together, but this offer was never made. We didn't spend a single night here and they still haven't given us the promised refund.

Central location Clean Has as a big common area and kitchen

I booked a private room. Unfortunately, the room was not like as in the pictures. Before I book any place I check the pictures of a place and choose the one which suits for me. When I asked them ,I thought they put me in a wrong room, the answer I got from them they can’t put all pictures.. OVERALL, THEY CAN’T PUT PICTURES OF ALL THE ROOMS SO BETTER CHECK WITH THEM IN ADVANCE TO NOT TO BE SURPRISE.

I didn't eat breakfast at the hostel but there are lots of great cheap cafe's in the area. A must is the ice creamery close by the hostel. Long que though but delicious ice cream.

Would have liked a hand towel in the bathroom so I could dry my hands.

I return to this hostel regularly, the location is excellent, the rooms are clean and the staff are very helpful, especially the lady (or lady) who (I think) is the hostel manager. I am sorry that some guests write nasty reviews to damage this great hostel. What I like most is that I can work in peace in the hostel lobby

Great location, very central for all the attractions and local shops. Good size dorms and clean facilities with a very impressive common area.

Some members of our group had occasion when their key cards didn't work but we had a large group so never had an issue getting into our dorm.

I liked the location of it, and my room mates were very nice.

The room is not getting cleaned everyday, after I have asked they told me it be cleaned every 4 days, that's was strange for me to hear. I was taking shower and suddenly the electric lamp automatically shutted down it was so horrible because I have falled into the ground and I could have been injured after!!

the room conditions said a view. That's why I chose this hostel. but when I went to the hostel, the view was just pipes!!!

excellent value for money, the building and the entrance need some rennovation works, however our private room was nice and comfortable, everything worked well (no problem with shower, heather and noise)
