Zaměstnanci byli zlatí a ohleduplní. Měly jsme přijet do půlnoci, ale let měl zpoždění, tak jsme dorazily až v jednu ráno a pan recepční na nás stále ochotně čekal :) Měly jsme samostatný pokoj, s tím jsem byly spokojeny. Na chodbě hluk, ale to se dá očekávat, když je to hostel. Cena přijatelná k umístění.

Jediné, co mě zarazilo, byly toalety o patro výše. V noci se mi opravdu nechtělo s přimhouřenýma očima šlapat o patro výš na toaletu. To je tak asi jediné minus. Bohužel, někteří "prasata" chodily v noci močit do sprch, aby nemusely o patro výš, a pak to tam taky bylo cítit. :(

The person that checked me in, Ade was welcoming, the room was quiet and the other guests were respectful, the whole place is well equipped with a fridge, microwave and washing machine, clean showers and not busy. I enjoyed my stay and I would come back again.

Nothing negative to say but I do wish there was a kitchen for guests.

The beds were solid with proper sized curtains (something other hostels I stayed at might try considering) and the room had a spacious feel. The wi-fi was excellent, even two floors up (something so-called 'fancy' hotels I stayed at might try considering). When I was checking out, I asked for suggestions regarding a vacation a year from now and was helped very friendly and adequately (for which, again, many thanks).

The stairwell could use a paint job. And that is not even a complaint, but more of an observation.

When I tried to check-in, the person at the front desk was talking to another employee and told me to wait a couple of minutes. 10 minutes later the person at the front desk is still chatting with another employee. I said, as long as I wait, can I have a beer? (The front desk is also a bar). I was told to wait and I will be taken care of shortly. Finally, about 15-20 min later, I was checked in. The real bad: the place has triple bunk beds that would shake with any movement: you wiggle the toes: the bed shakes, someone is trying to change sleeping position, the bed shakes as if it’s an earthquake! I could barely sleep. Also, the front desk does not open till 9 in the morning, so, if you are checking out earlier and want to have breakfast, there are no tables or chairs to sit. Kitchen consist of one microwave.

The location is close to bus stops and you can easily find your way around

Staff went above and beyond for every question I had.

A couple chairs or stools in the rooms would be good. There wasn’t much seating to socialize with other guests.

My recent experience at this hostel left much to be desired. Despite my already low expectations, I was truly taken aback once I entered the room. The bed sheets, pillows, and blanket, although seemingly washed, were heavily stained with unknown substances. Attempts to clean them proved futile, and it was evident they were beyond recovery and should have been replaced long ago. Furthermore, the lack of sufficient showers and toilets for all guests resulted in an unsightly and unhygienic situation. In a hostel with limited facilities, regular cleaning should have been a top priority to maintain a decent environment for everyone. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I had chosen this hostel solely as a budget option for a quick overnight stay during my road trip passing through London. My intention was to take a shower in the morning and hit the road again. However, my plans were thwarted by the behavior of other guests. They displayed complete disrespect towards their roommates who were trying to rest, engaging in disruptive activities like turning on lights at 11 pm, making noise, and talking loudly on the phone. After enduring the disturbance, I ultimately made the decision to sleep in my car, parked on the street. When morning came, the condition of the toilets and showers was appalling, leaving me no choice but to leave immediately and try to erase the memory of this dreadful experience. In conclusion, my stay at this hostel was far from satisfactory. The lack of cleanliness, inadequate facilities, and disruptive behavior of other guests made it an incredibly unpleasant and regrettable choice. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for the hostel management to improve their standards and provide a better experience for future guests.

I was surprised to discover such a nice place. Very pretty female dormitory. Very pretty restaurant downstairs. Kettle in the corridor. Hair dryer. Microwave. Breakfast for 5 pounds.

The female customers were not used at all to hostels. Eating saucy sausages and tomato pastas in bed at 11 pm ( bed B). Food oriented ladies which means lots of snoring. I felt bad for the beautiful Australian student and I had to explain her it was unusual. She was disappointed. However those ladies were not over 40. And there is nothing to be done about it. Luis said he couldn't do anything about the food in bed. Usually in hostels it is forbidden to eat in bed because of the mattress, pillow and smell inside the room. It should be written so the staff could say something. The ladies did not know they could use the restaurant. The showers were great and working very well but two showers broken it cost 5 pounds to fix it. Not easy to turn off the water could run for hours.

The hot water isn’t working most of the time which in mid March in London is not a good thing at all. The rooms are very NON-hygienic, summed with the other guests that make everything even worst. In the front is very cute, BUT in the back, where th ACTUAL HOSTAL is, it is worst and worst. the toilet and the showers are in two different floors, when you get up the stairs it looks like a horror movie. My advice is to not go there at all.

One of my worst travel experiences, the hostel is dirty, no lockers for everyone, very dirty bathrooms with pee and hair and dirt everywhere. It doesn't have overnight staff, and that makes you feel unsafe in the place. A lot of noise coming from the hallway. Not recommended especially if you are traveling alone.

It is a place that must have a good change, which does not have the capacity to receive tourists. Cleanliness, lack of security, smell and noise.
