So close to "town", the train, eating places. Helpful, friendly staff. Excellent scenery. Quiet. .

My only suggestion: rather than expecting guests to leave shoes outside the shower cubicles, have a mop in the bathroom so guests can clean their shower cubical after themselves. The dominance of cruise ships in the fiord, their air pollution and their passengers was a great blot on the place, though by no fault of the Hostel.

The room was very basic and you had to make your own bed and remove the bedding on check out. Also there was a charge for towels

Good surrounding environment, quite place, clean and organized kitchen and dining area. Separated garbages and recycle, firmed bed.Room is clean but small.

Room is small ,not enough spaces to put luggages, picture on the website provides inaccurate information about the room view and customer expectation. Extra charges for towels did not specified clearly ahead at the booking time. A little bit far from Ferry port and train station. Not much outdoor sitting area.

The hostel is located in a beautiful place. The staff is very kind, helpful and friendly. We were very happy to stay in this place and enchanted by the village of Flåm.
