Nice place to stay while visiting Flam. The viking dinner was very fun. The room was adequate, the balcony was nice but the bathrooms are a bit small

Had a great family room with a balcony overlooking the fjord. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Most quiet place I ever stayed.

We had one of the most beautiful views I have ever had at any hotel ever - it was stunning. The room was quiet and very comfortable. We were very happy with our dinner at the Brewpub. The one thing I would recommend improving is the products provided to guests. No conditioner and no lotion bummed me out as someone with curly hair and dry skin. The shampoo/ body wash provided came out like a foamy hand-soap. An upgrade on the products would go a long way towards making guests feel at home. The breakfast buffet could also use an upgrade - it was ok, but nowhere near some of the buffets we had at other hotels on our trip.

Ah, the small town charm! The rooms, a perfect blend of cozy and quaint, offer a front-row seat to the serene scene consisting of a couple of blocks. Now, the staff, oh, the staff. Their flexibility would be a better fit in a yoga class, but alas, they seem to have misplaced it. Our assigned accomodation was located on the ground floor, a mere 10 feet from the renowned pub, where the puffing patrons littered the foreground with cigarette remnants around the Tree of Life. We kindly requested a relocation due to the location of our room and, ahem, personalized touch left by the previous guests. Hairs of unknown origin adorned the linens and bathroom, likely serving as a memento of someone's unforgettable visit. Two valiant attempts were made to convince the infallible staff to grant our humble request, only to be met with the most peculiar resistance. The first fellow insisted that not all rooms could accommodate our modest desire, as not all boasted the coveted pull-out couch – a miraculous transformation unlike any other, to accommodate a family of three. Strangely enough, a quick glance revealed that each room held an identical couch in prime balcony placement, as if posed for an awkward family portrait. Not to mention, the Internet readily advertised the availability of similar rooms for the duration of our stay. It seems the true nature of their unyielding stance shall remain a delightful mystery.

Just basic. Price high. Only benefit is location for Flamsbana train and Fjiod cruise.

Absolutely beautiful view from room on 3rd floor (only three story building). Main Restaurant on site (didn’t try their Cafe) was excellent.

We stayed at this property while on a fjord tour and it was lovely. It was close to the water so we had a nice view of the fjord. The breakfast in the morning was lovely. The staff was professional and kind and the room was very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The accommodation was in line with our expectations. There are limited options in Flåm, and Flåmsbrygga suited us just fine. It was reasonably priced for what it was and was conveniently located an easy walking distance to everything.

We loved the location because we had a great view (in winter). We had a family room with plenty of space. The cafe options for breakfast and during the day were nice and the brewery restaurant was fantastic. We had everything we needed. Thank you!

The hotel is clean and the staff at the reception were nice and helpful. It would be great if the power outlets in the room are placed in more strategic locations for convenience sake.

This hotel is in Flam- a small "village" right on the fjord. You cannot find a better location. The hotel has a "lodge" fee to it- very comfy and cozy. The hotel is right on the water so the views are wonderful. There is an onsite restaurant that provides a free (large) breakfast. We walked about 10 minutes to the marina for dinner and there is a small grocery across the street. This is a great place to stay if you are overnighting in Flam.

The cleanliness was impeccable, the room comfortable, and the view was amazing. The breakfast, where do I begin? The states pale in comparison to Norwegian breakfast buffets. The staff was absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful. In my effort to figure out how to get to our next destination, the staff member called the hotel for me because the website was not helpful. I highly recommend Flåmsbrygga Hotell!

Great hotel. Our room on the third floor had a balcony with wonderful views, coffee and tea in the room, nice walk in shower. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dinner at Aegirs was a great experience

Flamsbrygga hotel room and service was excellent. Breakfast had a lot of options.

Unbelievable scenery around whole hotel. Staff friendly. Great breakfast. Only down side is the bad connection for wi fi in our room. It kept kicking out and the tv also. We were told that they would look into it but by then we had to leave after a 3 day stay. Besides that, the place is great. Beautiful bar next door part of the hotel with home brewed beer, beautiful fireplace in bar.

The Flamsbrygga Hotel was a beautiful spot to spend a night and the restaurant next door was amazing. It was a little chilly in our room when we arrived but it eventually warmed up. The scenery in Flam is spectacular.
