Big rooms and nice garden

Beach wasn’t a beach it was backwaters

The pool was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and helpful

The breakfast were average and most of the food was over cooked

Hotel is very traditional and has nice grounds. But very dated & old. Desperate need of upgrade.

Lack of aircon public areas. All restuarants, lounges, cafe are open.

Room had mosquitos. both of us were covered in bites. electrical shock from lamp TV bad reception and faulty remote control Aircon Failed and had to be fixed

Очень красивый и живописный отель. Каждое здание - произведение искусства. Территория бесподобно релаксирующая и настраивающая на медитацию и расслабление. Завтраки просто улёт. Спа великолепный. Шикарный бассейн. От отеля ведёт дорожка по всей линии пляжей. Лучший район Нуса Дуа. Вечером играли музыканты. Приятно прогуляться.

Купаться нельзя. Отлив, очень мелко. Только рано утром. На дне водоросли. У моря и без моря. Вид из номера никакой нам достался, на крыши. Но это ничуть не портило отдыха. Единственное, что не понравилось - это слишком мелкий океан. Купаться у берега невозможно.

Consiglierei a Booking di presentarlo come un 4 stelle perché da resort a 5 stelle non ha niente, iniziando dal cibo per passare alle stanze e ai servizi che offre. Inoltre è fuori Nusa Dua e la sera non c’è niente da fare.

Sympathetic Balinese - whilst it had many modern features, they were not allowed to take over the Balinese beauty and made it adorably unique

Location with a minimarket just outside the resort. Good breakfast and good room. Good pool area (could use a deep clean..)..

A bit dated and fitness gym equipment not working.... expensive restaurant and not very good so didn't want to eat their again after the first night.

A lovely resort with amazing staff and rooms were lovely

The beach was little run down with rubbish and debris on the outskirts of the resort which was a shame. Also there were quite a few mosquitoes.

- Pretty expansive restaurant, but good. - Bad WiFi. - Small private part of the sea, you can’t really swim much there.

The atmosphere of the whole property. Balinese architecture was wonderful. Lush gardens and grounds well kept. Right on its own private beach front. Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were happy and helpful at all times. Pool was clean and meals tasty. Facility did not feel overcrowded. Definitely would go back again. Highly recommend for those that want to relax in a nice calm environment.

People. Very polite and helpful. The music in the evenings was lively.

Rooms were clean but could be cleaner in the nooks and cranies. The property is beautiful and clean and green. The pool is well maintained ansd good

Friendly staff. Great breakfasts. Lovely gardens and the general atmosphere is calm and relaxed.

The outside restaurant's food was average. The roof in the dining g area was leaking when it rained. The 'artwork' with macaroons is totally out of place and doesn't add to the Bali feeling of the hotel.

Quality and diversity of food, in particular western dishes. Very poor Wi-Fi. Not enough hot water to have a bath.

Beside the sea and everything you need on the resort

It was clean and pleasant and the staff were very friendly. The food was also good.

The bedrooms were a little tired.

Lady in reception not confident, room with balcony is mean you are have view to very close another bilding whole and was very noisy, The wardrobe smells badly, we even don't put aver clothes there.
