The room was of excellent size very clean and bright Pleasant walk via zig Zag to the beach

Lovely welcoming staff, excellent location, only a 10/15 minute stroll to the seafront also on site parking which was great. Room was huge and newly decorated, loved the bathroom. The whole house has been beautifully restored. Delicious breakfast with plenty of choice, would definately recommend

The sheet on the huge bed wasn't big enough, so you ended getting tangled in it during the night. Road traffic noise was very loud

Breakfast was very good . We loved the little personal touches in the room . Great tea coffee tray 😁 staff very friendly

Our sink kept blocking . Also our curtain completey fell down . But it didn’t ruin our stay . Just a was a bit to light in the morning

The room is vey good , well designed , my wife liked the decor . Breakfast was the best part of the stay , start with nicely brewed coffee , delicious home baked pastry , cooked breakfast by the finest chef , a personalised service from the waitress serving breakfast , followed by creamy yoghurt and fruit salad made with perfection . The location is great , 5 mins walk to the Bournemouth pier , town and 5 mins drive to Bournemouth square , my wife loved it and will definitely go there again , the owner was very friendly and welcoming .

It's very well placed, and close to the local amenities. The hosts are very welcoming. It's very peaceful place, and the design of the place, makes you feel at ease straight away. Once in the place, it's world's away, from the busy street outside. Breakfast is very well organised, and you have a good choice of what you want. Bed is extremely comfortable, and you don't hear the noise, at the night, from the traffic. The room is very well stocked for tea, or coffee, and there plenty of plug points, as well. I was in room 14.

The shower could off been hotter, and toilet handle needed tightening.

The property was clean and it was a pleasant short stay. The complementaries were appreciated

In our room the shower head holder needs looking at. An extractor fan to the en-suite would be an advantage too.

Room was quiet and location is a short walk to the coast

Our host somehow managed to make us believe that any request we made seemed an inordinate inconvenience. Even entering and leaving the premises seemed to disturb her peace. The basic room felt very cramped and smelt of damp. The bathroom was not in a good condution. At breakfast the filter coffee had coffee grits floating in it and when this was brought to the attention of the waitress she replaced this with another coffee with grit floating in it. After this I gave up and asked for tea instead. Doubt I'll stay at this establishment again.

Room was lovely quite big, massive bed, sofa, tv, lots of storage & hanging for clothes. Nice shower room with lovely hot water.Breakfast a good choice & location was excellent, went for airshow & was brilliant place to be.

Maybe the bar open later but there is a bar opposite so used that.

Even though the location says Boscombe it is so close to Bournemouth town centre! 10 min walk to the beach and not over priced. This feel of the property was very ‘old school’ seaside town hotel which we absolutely loved. The staff were so friendly, looked after our bags before check in and ask if there was anything they could help with. We were out all day Saturday and came back to a lovely clean fresh room with fresh cups etc which you don’t always get in modern hotels. The breakfast was delicious and the fry up was freshly made not a buffet which I prefer. Again the staff were lovely and attentive. I would highly recommend staying here for a weekend and will be returning.

person in charge very unhelpful with a very bad situation with the shower in the room where the door got stuck had to squeeze myself out through a small gap could have been so much worse if not been able to women in charge just laughed at me said nothing wrong would not apologize made the whole situation 100% worse and very upsetting and stressful. did eventully get her to say she was sorry and changed my room for a much better one as a guest cancelled but to late damage was already done and spoiled our stay wouldnt return

Nice calming decor. Fixtures and fittings were new, simple and appropriate. Service was prompt unfussy and freindly.

The location was perfect, we were greeted very politely and made very welcome. The young Polish lady Magda is exceptionally good at her job. She goes the extra mile on reception duties or breakfast serving a room full. We would certainly recommend this place.

The shower wasn't hot enough but that's just a minor thing.
