The hotel grounds and rooms are beautiful, the pool is lovley, the staff are excellent and will help you with anything, chilled and relaxing atmosphere, really enjoyed staying here,some really nice places to eat close by , beach is nice when tide isn't out, but over all a great hotel to stay if u want to relax

Spa and restaurant overpriced, not being able to mirror my netflix and YouTube to TV as the TV channels are poor

Loved the property! Pool was great. Rooms were spacious and staff friendly. Rooms very clean.

The only fault was the restaurant in the evening. The young man was sitting behind the bar and couldn’t be seen so I thought no-one was there. I had to go to the bar each time I wanted a drink- no-one checked or even looked to see if anyone needed service. This was the only disappointing thing and maybe that is why the restaurant was so quiet at night. The staff at breakfast were plentiful and amazing & the staff at the spa were brilliant!

This is a beautiful tranquil hotel with luxurious comfortable bedding. I loved the bed time stories that were left in the evening. The pool area and spa services were amazing. Staff were lovely.

I’m not usually a big fan of the open roofed bathroom concept but this was done with lovely style with a nice tree growing under the gap in the roof at one side of the bathroom.

Great rooms, spacious with a balcony. Fabulous bathroom too. The staff are great and very welcoming.

The food choice was good, the room very spacious (delux garden view room) and the pool area having enough beds and was very peaceful. The SPA facilities were very good too.

Sudamala was such a gem to discover in Sanur. It's at the southern end so the streets didn't feel too chaotic, and it was close to shops and restaurants, as well as not too far from the beach. The staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcomed and appreciated. The grounds felt peaceful and not very crowded. It made coming back at the end of the day a real delight. The included breakfast, while somewhat limited in choice, was wonderful. It was so tasty and of good quality.

The bikes provided were not very well maintained and a little rusty, but they were usable enough. We used them to go up and down the beach promenade.

clean, quiet, great pool, food at the restaurant very good, and the staff were all lovely. the art works around the hotel were really interesting, and a cut above general hotel art.

I absolutely loved my stay here I was here 5 nights and would not hesitate to come back if I ever find myself in Bali again. The rooms are comfortable and clean staff was just amazing so friendly and nothing is to much trouble for them. I am a solo female traveller and I felt safe and very well looked after here. I also loved the little bedtime story and cookie they left in my room every night it's was so cute!

Just love this hotel.. We were even presented with a cake to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The spa is delightful - our daughter had organised spa treatments as xmas gifts and they were wonderful. Can't recommend it too highly
