The staff was fast in check in and check out.

There is still some smell in the hotel room which can be rectified with better smell.

the room is spacious and nice for family of 4 adults.

The room a bit dusty may be long time less occupied or not properly clean. The hotel needs some further renovations and renewal since it seemed like worse than other hallmark hotel. Also the hotel receptionist need retraining to show some hospitality and at least smile while dealing with clients.

Location was good for our stay- to where we wanted to go and near eateries and shops

1) I was shocked, they used the Identity Card scanner that looked like that is used in banks. I questioned that process as it was as good as scanning for private info on our identity card 2) The room had no windows- that should be stated in their website 3) the toilet flooring looked that it had been refurbished but the ventilation unit was not working 4) The ceiling of the shower stall looked like it was leaking from above and had not been repaired at all and was covered in stains and mould
