Breakfast was excellent, good quality and good customer service.

The room was dark and the bathroom was small.

The room was spacious and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was extremely well appointed and everything had a luxurious feel to it.

I was perfectly happy with the facilities but a small gym might have improved my stay.

Very comfy bed and quality bedding. Great staff and atmosphere. Close to the centre.

Noisy. Revellers at night and seagulls too. Maybe train the bar staff about whisky and mixers as one member of staff thought I’d asked for a type of water rather than whisky!

Very noisy place in general, so not terribly relaxing. There is no provision for people who choose to smoke externally.

Perfect location and excellent room and the hotel was modern and very well refurbished

I had a room with a shower need to ask for a bath next time. Fridge in the room makes the tea cupboard too warm

We loved the entire visit, the reception, bar, restaurant, cleaners staff employees were all amazing and so helpful every day, nothing was to much trouble over our three day stay. Food was lovely, we always had afternoon drinks and snacks for venturing out and about. The views were fab too. I often do not sleep well away from home but the bed & pillows were so comfortable.

I get the mood of the hotel is dark however more lighting required in the bathroom, or small mirror near window for make up.

the staff were very lovely and helpful,the room was very spacious and clean having a lovely view to the city, the location was spot on for us as we done some shopping in the town and had some food and was just a 2 minute walk to hotel and back to hotel😊

the floor in the hotel and the lift, the lift didn’t sound or feel great while being in it and the hall flooring felt very strange😂 but apart from those 2 minor things we loved our stay!!

Really well decked out bedoom and bathroom (shower and bath (separate)) Nicely decorated. Attention to detail. Excellent value for money (£65 Monday night in Feb) High, comfy bed.

Room 406 has the upstairs toilets waste pipe flowing down virtually inside your room... sounds like you're about to be flooded. The bar (not restaurant !) Auto charges service on meals whi h I ordered at the bar ?!? 2/3 pint of Heineken is £4.50 - blimey!
