So many positives about our stay! location is fab and close to town with lots of amenities in close proximity. accommodation is beautiful, light and spacious. there are lots of little things like toiletries, cleaning items, and Prosecco and chocolate left for our stay. we had a fantastic 2 nights stay for my daughters graduation and would highly recommend!

parking can be tricky- it wasn’t a problem for us but might be for others. no parking is provided with accommodation but we did think there might be on street parking nearby.

The lovely welcome bottle of Prosecco and cookies.. Beautifully presented apartment, easy access to the city centre , there's a handy bus stop outside too. For smokers, the main bedroom has easy access to a small court yard ... where you can have smoke ,

Couldn't work the heating, or coffee machinev, maybe leave instructions on how to use ..

Lovely flat, photos were true to life. Reasonably quick response to change the battery on the beeping smoke alarm.

The smoke alarm battery was low so there was a constant beep which drove us nuts.

shower wasn’t good also thought there were 2 toilets but only one

it was very stylish and has everything you need

just that the floors were a little dirty but it wasn’t a big deal

the location is excellent.

there’s a flight of stairs to the apartment. the mattresses are too soft and sags at some spots.

apartment was clean to a very high standard also the furnishings to a high standard and loved that was tea and coffee and sweets left for us also the biscuits and wine was such a lovely touch

Lovely apartment, tastefully decorated, well equipped kitchen. Free tea,coffee, sugar, milk sachets, sweet jar, laundry and dishwasher tablets and cleaning products. Lovely toiletries. The welcome gift of wine and shortbread was a nice idea ( sadly the shortbread was missing)

Not suitable for young children due to open stairway in open plan kitchen/lounge area and no stairgate provided. Karaoke Bar at end of street very loud most nights. Not easy to open windows in lounge area. Mattresses need replacing, not very comfy.

Spacious , modern apartment. Well fitted kitchen with all necessary appliances including washer dryer and dishwasher. Good quality fittings in both bathrooms. Comfortable settees and beds. Master bedroom is very spacious and with plenty of storage. Good sized TV and excellent WiFi. Everywhere very clean, comfortable and lots of little extras. As it was the heat wave, the coolness of the lower ground floor bedrooms was much appreciated. Good location near the shops and town centre restaurants. Easy walk from rail station and close to coach station and bus stops. Really appreciated the welcome gift.

Being so close to town centre, it can be a bit noisy in the early evening, especially as it was glorious sunshine and everybody was "out and about". Overnight car parking is easy to find nearby but the warden does patrol from 8am so need to buy ticket the night before to ensure you're covered.

No breakfast.

Not a great fan of key safes, excessive supplementary advertising, pre-emptive damage charges and complete lack of human contact.

the seaguls kept us awake we all night There was no city view as advertised! noisy when there were people in upstairs on 2nd night

The place is modern, nicely decorated. The main bedroom is very big, with en-suite bathroom. There were nice touches that made us feel welcome (cookies, wine, coffee pods, sweets jar). Good location, within walking distance of the V&A, Discovery and the Overgate mall. We would stay there again.

Fairly central location, easy access to city centre. Very clean and good facilities. Lots of space available and comfortable. Coffee machine was a nice touch

No parking on site or anywhere near so had to search for this and park further away

Located next to a nasty bar that partied late into the night with dodgy clientele. Even taxis in the area and many locals stayed it was a terrible area. Overpriced for what it was. however very clean inside
