Great location, very central, and close to all amenities. Big room with plenty of sockets. Great mirrors for seeing the back of your hair 😆 We didn't book for breakfast this time, but we had a nosey, and the buffet looked good.

No on-site parking. Discount at local car park but a bit of a walk if you had a lot of luggage.

We went to see a show at the Caird Hall so booked Sleeperz for 1 night, it was perfect! Very clean, welcoming with friendly staff. Breakfast very well laid out, hot and very good value for money.

Nothing, staff could not do enough! Excellent staff with great knowledge of Dundee.

This was a smart modern hotel with contemporay decoration that still felt cosy. It is ideally located for a visit to the City and the sights along the Waterfront being literally over the railway station, and across the road from the X90 coach to/from Edinburgh Airport. The bedroom was a good size with a large comfortable bed and good shower. The breakfast was excellent. The V&A Gallery and Discovery Point attractions are right nearby and worthy of a visit each. The main shopping and food spots are a few minutes away

Location and value for money.

Hotel was near to all amenities.. Hotel room was spacious, clean with fab views ...staff were fabulous... bed was so comfy ... we will definitely stay here again...

The bar on a Friday night wasn’t open at 23:30 even for residents.

No limpiaban bien mi habitación, me dejaban las toallas sucias de tres dias colgadas, me cambiaban el termostato de la habitación, no tiene nevera, las tazas de café q tienen ahí para un café instantáneo tampoco las limpiaban, en una semana nunca cambiaron mis sábanas, ni limpiaron mi ducha, para tener adaptador a su corriente tienes q dejar depósito de dinero, te quieren cobrar por cualquier cosa. La cama doble es muy pequeña. No volvería nunca ni lo recomiendo.

Lovely building, easy to see if you get lost, which I did.looked around and saw sleepers.

Very basic extras, no biscuits which is a must on arrival at any hotel. No toiletries, another must, some people forget theirs.

The location could not have been better. Breakfast was delicious and offered a nice variety. Reception was friendly and accommodating. Reception kept our bags after we checked out so we could explore the city before departing.

No parking however the greenmarket multi storey car park is only a short 5 minute walk away which is very reasonable for an overnight stay

I am a wheelchair user and loved everything about the hotel.They catered totally for everything I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. I especially loved the central location

As a wheelchair user I feel a sliding door would be better for access to the accessible toilet. This an issue with many establishments and would not stop me from booking again
