Great Location, Friendly Staff, Spacious room, and closed to many important places in city.

Need renovation of wall`s painting and add smooth colors other than dirty white ,Limited TV`s channels, Also sofas need change or clean,

Walking distance from Habib Hospital and nearby shops.

Great location Friendly & helpful staff

The breakfast: The breakfast buffet was very meager. There was always only 1/4 of everything. Although it was replenished, it was always done in 1/4 portions, which was not very inviting. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

In general, my experience at your hotel was quite positive. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff at the front desk were courteous and welcoming. I appreciated their professionalism and willingness to assist with any inquiries or requests. My room at the hotel was good, decorated, and well-appointed. The comfortable bed provided a restful night's sleep, and the amenities in the bathroom were good. The hotel's dining options were also good. I enjoyed dining at one of the on-site restaurants, and the food was both delicious. The restaurant staff demonstrated exceptional service and knowledge of the menu.

However, I believe improvements can be made in a couple of areas. Firstly, the Wi-Fi connection in my room was not as reliable as expected, which can be frustrating for business travellers. Ensuring a stable and fast internet connection is crucial in today's world. Secondly, while the overall cleanliness of the hotel was good, I did notice some minor maintenance issues in the corridors and common areas. These included scuffed walls and worn-out carpeting, which could be addressed to maintain the hotel's impeccable appearance.

Housekeeping was mot offered. They told me I had to ask for it. One worker who was Christian didn’t know that he should not touch the Qur’an.
