Kitchen not very useful for cooking, only to keep you food fresh

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. We were able to do laundry in a small unit she showed us. The breakfast area was a nice place to play cards in the evening. The breakfast in the morning was nice. The server was very friendly.

There was a small gas station next to the hotel. There was no attendant and we could not get gas for over an hour because the pump wouldn’t accept our card.

Amazing accommodation with a view to fjord and harbour. Clean bathrooms. Excellent breakfast.

View of the harbour was interesting, you could see the fishing boats departing in the morning. The breakfast was good.

Perfect location in this small town. Roads to Bildudlar are really something! We felt like we were in the polar express movie on the runaway train. Make sure you aren’t tired and I would not suggest driving it at night ;)

Gorgeous guesthouse really modern bathrooms and comfy bedrooms. Kitchen facilities are great although one of the rings on the burner didn't work for us. Really enjoyed our stay.

We booked this guesthouse because it was convenient for our itinerary, and we were absolutely delighted with our stay. Our room felt fresh and new, with comfortable beds, a spacious bathroom with complimentary shampoo and body wash, and plenty of space to hang out hiking gear. There is a communal kitchenette with everything you need to make a simple supper, and a downstairs lounge with comfortable seating and tea and cookies in the evening. The standard Icelandic breakfast buffet (skyr, cereal, meat, cheese, bread, coffee, tea) also had some sweets, homemade jam and hot cocoa. We would absolutely stay here again.

Good breakfast, clean, comfortable. An unexpected bonus was being able to use their laundry to wash a load of clothes.

A tiny inconvenience for me was having to go up to the second floor to store medicine in the fridge. A minor detail.

Loved this guesthouse! Rooms were very comfortable, facilities were very clean, staff were very friendly. Breakfast was delicious and they even had coffee and cookies in the afternoon when we arrived. Would definitely recommend and come back again
