Die Lage war sehr schön.

Von 3 Übernachtungen war 2 Tage der Pool gesperrt, für das bezahle ich 60 Euro die Nacht. Das Frühstück war echt lächerlich. Nie wurde etwas nachgefüllt, man musste auf alles aufmerksam machen. Keine kleinen Löffel, Gläser fehlen, Wasser und Juice leer, von 10 Töpfen waren die Hälfte immer leer, wenn was gebracht wurde dann nur sehr spärlich, man hatte das Gefühl dass sie einem das Essen nicht vergönnen. Eine ältere Lady ist immer herumgelaufen , hat alles kontrolliert und hat immer die Leute beobachtet. Es hatte den Anschein dass sie Angst davor hatte man würde zuviel essen. Hab ich so noch nie erlebt. Der Abfluss im Badezimmer wurde wahrscheinlich seit Eröffnung noch nie gesäubert, das Wasser ist sehr sehr langsam abgelaufen, sogar nach Aufforderung wurde es nicht besser. Empfehlung anderes Hotel auswählen. Ist das Geld nicht wert, und wir reisen wirklich viel in Asien. Sehr schade, aber das Management ist hier leider auf dem falschen Weg meiner Meinung nach.

Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war nicht so toll. Sehr viel Staub. Das Frühstücksbuffet war umfangreich, nur mit dem Nachfüllen hat es nicht so richtig geklappt. Immer hat was gefehlt. Der Pool war super, doch wenn ich einen Cocktail bestelle erwarte ich auch das er so gemixt wird wie es sein sollte. War fast kein Alkohol drin.

Everything’s outstanding, similar to a 5* hotel yet 1/ only a quarter of the price and 2/ with friendly easy going ambience and staff. Everything is “on point”

Very clean and modern The facilities are excellent the location is excellent with great views of the city and riverside from the excellent rooftop bar and restaurant and infinity pool And not to forget the housekeeping staff and reception who are very helpful and smiling and friendly Stayed here maybe 6 times now and never had a problem The location suits me for riverside walks bars and resteraunt and for first timers a good location for palace , museum just a short walk away and markets close by The rooms may be a little bit more expensive but taking everything into account worth that little bit extra Excellent place

Great Hotel, good food, location ideal. Nice pool for dips after a day out exploring. Staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful Great little find!

Very clean and well presented. The staff were very attentive and spoke very good English. the restaurant and pool on the roof top are really nice

Clean, comfortable rooms, amazing rooftop pool with city views, set breakfast was delicious and good size. Location is close to palace, river esplanade and Wat Phnom. We did struggle to find an amazing restaurant nearby but there were options. Staff were friendly.

The bath/sink were in the main room, only toilet and shower behind a door. Not great for a family or those sharing.

Everything is fantastic

The location

No drawers in the bedside or anywhere. no soap. lacking a lot Anenities. breakfast service was terrible they ran out if things and couldn’t replinish. dinner was a joke. they would forget your to bring your order the housekeeping was a joke too. you had to ask for housekeeping and they employ kids to do it lol. there should be a law for that. they are quick to charge you for a broken tumbler if it is an accident. everything is accounted for everyday. also there not very hot water. look elsewhere unless you want to experience this joke of a hotel.

staff are so friendly and helpful. very clean hotel. room was excellent. roof top pool is excellent. i will return again soon

no complaints

The staff were lovely and all tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Hotel is in a great location, close to markets and cafes, and only a minute from the riverfront boardwalk. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well.

The breakfast a la carte was very basic and they did not have much variety. If I were to stay there again I wouldn’t pay to include breakfast and would instead eat out elsewhere.

A little bit far to the nearest convenience store. The gym hopefully be opened at earlier hour of 8am: I wanted to start using the room before my business departure of 7:30am.

The staff were accommodating and always super helpful. The gym and pool were great
