We enjoyed our stay here Jan - mid March while we worked/studied in a program in DC. The location in Woodley Park was fantastic! Safe & close to the metro station and easy walk to several restaurants & a small grocery. Highly recommend!

We stayed in this house for 2 months. It was a great find. The neighborhood is wonderful. Easy access to everything. Around the corner from the metro and right off Rock Creek Parkway. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and plenty of space.

Our family of seven spent a week at this perfect Woodley Park location. This cozy house accommodated our needs perfectly. It was very close to metro (you can walk to metro in a few minutes), delicious restaurants, and the zoo. You can get to all your locations around DC via the metro or by walking through quaint nrighborhoods. The house itself was perfect! It included many bedrooms with comfortable beds and many bathrooms as well. The kitchen was well stocked too. A working washer and dryer with detergent was available for our needs as well. Communication with Allen and Juliet was quick and detailed. Check in and check out was easy. We also used the parking available with the house which is a great bonus because parking in the neighborhood is hard to find. My family and I all agreed it was a great house and we would stay again. Thank you for a delightful stay!

The check-in process was as easy as could be and, most importantly, the response of Juliet and Allen to any questions was responsive and thorough. The beds were platform beds and very firm to the point of almost being uncomfortable but we got used to them.
The location was fabulous, the kitchen fully stocked with staples and cooking supplies, and there was plenty of room for a family of 6. One thing, however, was misleading. The property was described as having 2 private parking places attached to the house. This is misleading because the space is too small for 2 average cars and the cost is not included.
All things considered, the property was very suitable for our family, and I recommend it to even larger families.

We had an incredible stay! The home was beautiful and clean. The owners were very responsive and helpful in the whole process. Location was wonderfully close to public transportation and delicious international foods. This was a lovely place to stay and we would definitely come back!

Several family members came together to bury my Mother's ashes at my Father's Arlington gravesite. We couldn't have been more comfortable in the house or neighborhood. Very safe and incredibly close to wonderful restaurants, stores and DC monuments. Will definitely book the house again. Owners were awesome at communication and hospitality!

Unbeatable location with parking for 2 cars no longer needed after arrival. Metro and circulator electric busses a short walk away to get to major sites. The zoo a ten minute walk away. Everything needed supplied. Great restaurants nearby. A 5 star choose.

Group of 10 — great stay in the Capital!
It was very pleasant to work with Allen & his team! Their response time to answer questions both before our trip and during our stay was very good, and they were able to give good information about the area near the apartment.
Apartment is set up well, with spacious kitchen, dining, and several bedrooms & bathrooms. Home felt modern in decor & amenities, with some great classic touches such as original hardwood flooring.
Area was quiet, conveniently located 5 within minutes from the Metro, restaurants, coffee, and grocery store.
I would recommend staying at this property, as well as with this host. Thank you for hosting us!

Excellent DC Adventure
We were a group of 11 childhood friends on our annual adventure. This house was perfect from booking to checkout. Location was perfect. Owners were perfect. So responsive throughout the the entire process. Plenty of room. Home’s floor plan was perfect for a group this size. Walking distance for everything you would need: groceries, restaurants, Metro, CVS, etc. Neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors friendly. Close to all of DC attractions. We were very happy!! Thank you Allen & Juliet 😀�

Great house and location for a family of 8 adults and 5 children aged 2-7 years. Easy access to train to tourist sites and great restaurants close by. Very enjoyable 5 days in Washington.

Great location, Would Return.
Our travels brought us to Washington DC for a family reunion. We had a group of 10 adults. It is a quaint neighborhood were we felt safe and convenient to the Metro and restaurants. One block to the Metro and restaurants. The owners were attentive and replied quickly to any of our questions. They were a pleasure to work with. The only thing is the parking spots are ideal for 1 car or two small, compact Mini Coppers. The recommended parking garage down the street was great to work with too. Thank you for everything.

Wonderful DC location
Easy metro stop away from the downtown DC Mall. Spacious and clean! Hosts gave prompt attention when I had difficulty getting into the property. I would definitely recommend this home!

Great location & environment
We had ages 68 through 11 and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their time at our lodging - Allen was always prompt with answers for any questions - we found having a Metro station right around the corner perfect for all our sight-seeing in DC. Comfortable & clean home to experience Georgetown & as our base for all our daily adventures.

Awesome location
Great location! We had a conference at the Wardman Park Marriott around the corner, it was just a few minutes walk to the hotel. Beautiful Neighborhood, nice selection of restaurants in walking distance and Starbucks right around the corner.

Home Away From Home
Our family of 11 (9adults and 2kids) stayed here for 6 nights. Plenty of room for us all! We loved the single toilet and walkin shower on main level where our elderly dad had easy access. He slept on the comfortable sofa as stairs are difficult for him to navigate. The 6 beds provided are firm! Juliet and Allen are super easy to communicate with but we didn't need them during our stay. (Well...except to help us figure out how to use the tv) 😁 As others have stated...everything is a block away...the Metro, CVS, liquor store, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, grocery, restaurants (try the Hot n Juicy Crawfish). Our family highly recommends this home for your family while visiting DC! Enjoy!

Lots of space in a great location
Great experience! Juliet and Allen were great hosts. We thought there was an issue with one of the showers but it turned out to be user error. They were so quick to respond and Allen came right over to check it out. We loved the location of this property, so many restaurants right around the corner and great access to the metro.

Fabulous location!
We had a lovely time staying here. We were two families (four adults and four kids ranging from 6-11) and there was plenty of room for us all. The location couldn’t be beat with the metro and restaurants around the corner and the zoo a short walk away as well. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, cutlery etc. Allen and Juliet were quick and helpful whenever we had a question or needed help with something. As a bonus if you’re there in early spring, there are many beautiful cherry trees scattered around Woodley Park. My one caveat is that the stairs to the basement are steep and could be difficult for older guests or families with very young children.

Stayed with five others in this spacious townhouse just a short walk from the Marriott and Omni convention center. Comfortable, quiet, and convenient and owner was very responsive. Would stay again.

Location! Location! Location!
This lovely row house fit our group of 10 nicely. Just two blocks from the Woodley Park Metro station you can't ask for anything better. The house is set up so well with great gathering space on the main floor. A Safeway grocery is just .7 away and there is a small market around the corner. We cooked some community meals and appreciated all the spices in the cupboard. There were two bedrooms that shared a bath in the basement, a main floor hal bath and a separate main floor shower and then three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. Our family group really loved this location.

Great place for a big crowd
The place was even nicer in person than in the pictures. It was perfect for our extended family of 14 (7 adults, 7 kids, aged 6-16). We were able to fit everyone around the dining room table and had just enough space for sleeping (with our two air beds). Location was great for metro to downtown and to walk to the zoo.
