The furnishings were very home-like. The kitchen was large and well stocked. The bedroom was warm and peaceful in it's decorating. The couch was large and comfortable. The internet was high in speed and reliable throughout the stay. The owner was very kind and generous. She was amenable to my dogs and we did have a wonderful time there

It is a mobile home. The bathroom fixtures were most obviously the ones specific to a mobile home. Being a single-wide, the width of the home is tight. To allow for as many persons that this home was indicated to hold, the second bedroom is stuffed tight with 2 beds and tiny walking space. The outside light is very sensitive to movement (good) but it is not possible to turn it on from inside. The TV is specifically internet-based. If one does not have streaming accounts there would be no TV available to them. I was hoping to see local news for the winter weather but could not get local tv.

Price, view & convenience.

Furniture soiled; overall could have used some updating. A bit shabby.

Quiet location, gorgeous views, the quaint house was stocked for guest use with needed linens, kitchen had basic cookware, fully stocked coffee/tea bar, natural/organic spices, sprouted grain bread products in the freezer, farm-fresh eggs, etc. Wifi is available, TV is ready to use Roku/Netflix guest accounts. If we travel this way again, we would definitely look for this property. Host was attentive and available, we did not meet the host in person.

The slightly lower facility rating is due to the age of the house (guessing 70’s or early 80’s), nothing unexpected, it would be like staying in an older relative’s home. Host is actively updating the property.
