This was an excellent hotel! We had a queen suite with sofa bed and it had plenty of room for our family. It also had a fridge and microwave as well as 2 tv's. The room was very clean. One of the best things was that they had gluten free bagels as part of the delicious breakfast.

There were only 4 towels and 2 washclothes for a 5 person room. It would have been nice to have more available.

The clerk the night of my check in was very nice. I had a issue and he addressed the situation immediately. The jacuzzi was opened and amazing. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to others.

The front desk clerk was awesome - very friendly, helpful, and professional. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool to relax after a long day driving. The prepackaged hot breakfast egg items - sandwich and quiche were quite delicious! Good variety of fresh fruit and yogurts too. The breakfast server kept everything well stocked and found our favorite tea bags.

Location and price good

The bed linens looked clean, but the bed smelled sweaty. Even after we came back after we ate breakfast at a restaurant, we got close to the bed and I could smell sweat. The only food was packaged at breakfast.

Hotel seemed clean. Front desk staff very nice, especially Kevin. Location convenient for what we were doing.

Breakfast was only marginal. Oatmeal was very watery--I had to drain water to get anything near the consistency that oatmeal should be. but nice condiments for the oatmeal. First couple of days were packaged steamed breakfast sandwiches-they were edible but not enjoyable. The scrambled eggs and sausage on Sunday were much better. 1. Room 228. Bed too soft--my husband and I kept rolling in toward the center of the bed. Bathroom faucet leaks every time it is turned on. If there is a boiled water alert, you should provide some bottled waters. Why in the heck can 't you connect the parking lots? two of our party were at the Country Inn and Suites, and you had to go around the world to get there!! That's just dumb.

Hotel location was nice

The breakfast was not good, no bread and minimum amount of food.

Newer facility; Like the layout. The only things I want when choosing a hotel is the bed and room cleanliness, this hotel delivers.

Breakfast needs an overhaul. Packaged sandwiches are scary looking. At least have hot oatmeal and/ or a waffle maker.
