Situé dans un quartier sans charme qui ne donne pas une belle image de la ville. Heureusement le centre historique est à environ 10€ de taxi.

El único problema, es que la separación del baño a la habitación era con una cristalera opaca, pero para viajar con compañero de trabajo, tenía poca privacidad. El resto todo perfecto.

Baje a cenar a las 21 al buffet y ya lo habían recogido. Solo ponen buffet para cenar de 19 a 20:30 para los extranjeros y no piensan en los españoles ya que nosotros no cenamos tan temprano. Y te dicen que tienen restaurante para cenar, precio de un sándwich de jamón York y queso 12€.... con el precio lo digo todo

Amazing hotel. Nice helpful staff.

Very convenient hotel if you drive as they have paid parking on site. Location not in center, but that's what we want. We don't want the bustling center and choose this hotel a bit farther to all main attractions. It's only a short and inexpensive taxi ride. Staff at the desk are very helpful. Everybody is nice. Highly recommended.

Good location

Not sure what makes this 4* as it didn't have much. Also, be aware that the bathroom/toilets in the room are made of all glass so you can see each other using the toilet which gives you no privacy at all.

Decent size of room, comfy bed, spacious bathroom. Restaurant was nice, staff was very approachable and professional. Breakfast was very good with great service time. All reception staff was very good and professional. I must mention reception lady called Reyes who was absolutely outstanding. Whatever we asked, she did sort out asap. Also, she put lot of effort to organise a romantic dinner with the view. Thank you Reyes for this. Dinner in Abades Triana was perfect and view was breathtaking.

I cannot say I didn’t like something, but…it was quite far from the city centre, 30-40 mins walking. Bar area doesn’t work from 1 pm to 6 pm, but there is wending machine with some sweets, soft drinks and sandwiches.

Hotel is modern and located where taxi to airport was easy and quick. Staff were helpful.

Breakfast was very good having a large variety of products. Room was clean and bathroom was modern and surrounded by a glass wall. We had a pleasant stay and also appreciated the service overall as it was offered at the highest standards. Thanks

Parking is extra 10 euro and you take the elevator in the underground parking. Location is not quite convenient if you plan to go by foot to the city center but is doable

Naradial {staff member) on front desk was exceptional. All staff helpful and friendly. Great having a fridge in the room.

I would have liked hot drink making facilities in the room.

Hotel was clean, safe, same as pictures on booking.com which isn't always the case. Comfy bed and shower.

Location bit out of the way but I expected that and ok for me as I wanted to walk. Buses nearby if you don't want to walk.

The room was clean with much space. Great relation of price and value. As I was in Seville for an event close to the hotel, it was perfect for my needs. For tourists it might be a bit far from the center. I didn't hear too much from the street as some guests mentioned (and I am rather sensitive in that matter), but even if it would have been louder at least on my room window there were additional, rather tight closing wooden blinds outside you could close, if needed.

The pillows could be a bit firmer (there were 4 on the bed, why not 2 soft and 2 firm ones for each taste?). The bathroom to me felt a bit cold as if there was no heating, but only what gets inside through the door. Not solvable immediately by the hotel as it's a structural issue, but an advice to sensible people.
