Líbilo se nám místo penzionu i celková rekonstrukce a vzhled penzionu a pokoje.

Hrozná neochota a arogance správce penzionu. Hned při příjezdu do penzionu nám bylo sděleno, že z technických důvodů není možno zajistit snídani. Parkování, které na booking.com je uváděno zdarma bylo zpoplatněné a né malou částkou. V pokoji není žádná skříň s ramínky. Vrchol nevkusu a absurdita hygieny je, že kuchyňský koutek je v koupelně hned vedle záchodové mísy (skleničky, lžičky, rychl. konvice a lednice), HNUS. Při příjezdu byl absolutně celý pokoj navlhlý včetně ručníku uložených na postelích, peřin, polštářů, prostěradel i matrací. V pokoji byla teplota pouhých 17 stupňů a při prosbě o možnosti přidání teploty, nám bylo sděleno, že jsme si měli donést teplé oblečení. Topení funguje pouze od 17,00 do 22,00 hod a to údajně na teplotu 20 stupňů, která však po celý pobyt nebyla vyšší než 18 stupňů. Správce nás neustále ujišťoval a tvrdil, že ví přesně jakou teplotu v pokoji máme. Nezajímalo ho, že nám byla zima a že nám na pokoji navlhlo i veškeré naše oblečení. Teplá voda, byla dostupná pouze v uvedený čas topení, po zbytek dne a noci tekla pouze jemně vlažná voda ve které se nedá vysprchovat. Toto byl nejhorší pobyt v celém mém životě a spolu s manželkou jsme ho odnesli nachlazením.

It was clean, spacious room, there were lockers for things. Wi-fi was working in the room.

The host was very strange, rude, inhospitable. The location wasn’t so quite because of the nearby street. Far enough from the center. Kettle and fridge were in toilet, it was odd.

A bit cold in the room

Special historic place very near the city, in rural setting, quiet and private. Well renovated and strong building with quality furnishing, including a fridge only in our room.

No Elevator because the place is a renovated building from many years ago, so we only took in what we needed from the car to the 2nd floor. It is not really a problem to climb if you are younger than us seniors.

The location wasn’t good. The street is pretty dark, to go without a car it’s not that close to the city center. The town doesn't have a lot of taxis.

The property is clean, the rooms are large and nice .It’s a good location to visit Cesky Krumlov.

Beware of limited check in time. Weeks prior to our trip I contacted the property to arrange an arrival of 7:00-9:00pm arrival. Was told to re-read the booking because customers can only check in from 3:00-5:00om. After rearranging our itinerary to arrive much earlier - front desk was so rude and abrupt. Suddenly none of my Visa credit cards or Amex were acceptable (even though credit cards have high limits and were recently used at other locations - I believe they just want cash payment). The property itself is nice the management needs to work on people skills.

very basic and much further from 300m from town centre advertised. absolutely no home comforts and proprietor rude and unfriendly.

I got there tired and it was quite so I could rest well. The English speaking staff person was helpful and gave me a ride to the bus station when I left :)

The location is on the far edge of the town, and you go uphill in a dark, mountainous area. As a sola traveller with no car, and with a trolly, getting there was tough and a bit scary. I requested 1 double-bed room but got just a room with 2 beds that are far from each other with a wooden pole in the middle so you couldn't conjoin them..
