The apartment amazingly comfortable, quite spacious with a lovely atmosphere, and completely stocked with all your needs. The staff (Kevin) are wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable and relaxing. I will definitely be coming back to stay again.

It was well placed and bigger than it looks! The staff were so nice and helpful, the bed was quite average but the couch was amazing!

The staffs are so friendly and helpful. They provide us with a good stay experience with thier spacious and clean room. Parking assist was arranged and became very convenient for me

I don't think I have things i don't like with my stay. I found it convenient and enjoyable

The furnishings were really nice and it looked like the room had recently been refurbished.

I checked in out of hours which was all fine but there was no information in the key envelope about the Wi-Fi and password etc.

Great location and the suite had everything that I needed. Taxi rank immediately available near the entrance.

Bathroom was a little shabby. More hooks needed and better lighting would help.

It's not that I didn't like but improvement. Fan in the bathroom and hand vacuum will be nice.

For longer stays the apartment lacks own laundry and thumping noise from apartment above was an issue

Foyer table and lamp could do with cleaning, very dusty.We like the Mansion s because its location near North Terrace and Rundle Mall.

The care and attention to detail from the front-of-house team prior to arriving was excellent. A very comfortable size apartment. The location is brilliant for inner city everything and access to the free bus connector. Recommend Twin Street for coffee from Everything BREWtiful. Eats at Cafe Brunelli on Rundle St and Thai from FIRE just across the road.

Rooms overlooking Pulteney Street have a great aspect, however, the street sweepers fill up their tanks and get going before 6am. This is bit noisy for a while. And then they move on. It is inner city living though, - not a country retreat.
