great location just off the main street and close to the beach. we were at the back villa- the front ones might be a bit noisy but ours was very quiet. Crystal clean pool.. kids loved it.

A big room with a bedroom and a separate living area, also a balcony. There was plenty of space in the apartment. The bed was large and it was all very private. The hotel was on the main street and very close to the rest of Sanur.

It would have been nice to have a pool on site but only private pools were available in the more expensive rooms. There was no common area.

Everything!! Close to restaurants and beach but very quiet so great location. A well-appointed villa with everything you need. There is plenty of room to have your cases out without getting in the way. Great bathroom with excellent shower and lots of space on the vanity. The bed is huge and comfortable nightly turn down service. Breakfast was great also. The pool is perfect, so we will be back, and it's a 10/10 for us.

The location is great, right neat the beach and close to lots of restaurants. Check in was quick and easy. Staff were very friendly. Bed was comfy, kitchen was handy so I didnt have to eat out every night, but very basic equipment. Lots of seating in the villa.

Starting to show its age, the sliding doors to the pool are grinding and they did not lock. This was a concern as a female traveling alone. When I asked staff about the locks they just said ' they dont lock'. Its a high wall to climb to get in but still possible.

no wifi in my room. had to go outside near reception to get signal. probably because under another residence.

For our 30th wedding anniversary, my husband & I stayed at the Puri Hiromi Residence for a week. They went above and beyond our expectations in making us feel welcome. Loved the private pool and spacious villa.

The staff were lovely and accommodating, location is right in the middle of all the restaurants and bars-but still quiet. The pool is right off the living area, quite novelty and private. The bed was huge and comfortable. Lots of little touches made this one of my favorites stays in a 2.5 week trip.

Freezer wasn’t the best, other than that, nothing not to like! Will come back again.

Best villa I've ever booked in Bali. We took a 3 room villa with a private pool. 2 bedrooms were on the upper level, and the master was poolside. Ensuite baths for each room, and a fourth toilet near the kitchenette/living area. Even though the decor and property was showing its age a little, that didn't detract from the comfort, convenience and service we enjoyed there. Everything was clean and in great working condition (and still thoroughly modern, just not 'to the minute fashionable'. Perfect location with a short stroll to the beach. And even while Canggu and Ubud were overrun by tourists, Sanur remained stress-free and chill.

Puzzlingly, the upstairs bedrooms had only one electrical outlet each, and their bathrooms lacked clothes/towel hooks. The unusual location of the shower stand (which holds the complimentary shower gel and shampoo bottles in a clay bowl) meant that shower run off would flood the bowl (which doesn't drain itself), as well as seep into the shower gel/shampoo bottles too. Slightly off-putting, but we brought our own toiletries, so no issue for us. Other than that, everything was perfect!

very nice location near the sea. The residence is very quiet and the room very large with any facilities. The swimming pool is great, very large and perfect to refresh and relax yourself. Breakfast served in room.

the property is excellent but the marketing needs to ensure the promotion advises that there is no pool access for rooms that don’t have a private pool the advertising is misleading
