Location is good. It is located in the old town. we can get to the duomo easily by walking and get to many nice restaurant easily.

Excellent service throughout our stay. We were made to feel very welcome. The photos on the website don't do it justice. Had a much more high end feel than expected. The location couldn't be better and our room was very large. Cute eating area too. Loved having a balcony in our room.

The coffee machine wasn't working at breakfast, but the servers were happy to make coffee at a different area in the hotel. Showers didn't drain quickly but good water pressure and hot.

Fantastic location near cathedral & beach, large room with lovely & helpful staff. Extensive breakfast.

Cappucinos made from pushing a button on a large-scale production machine for breakfast .. in Italy.. A little disappointing. I retreated to the nearby cafes to savour my morning cappucinos made with real espresso and frothed milk - a non-negotiable for me when in Italy.

Inmitten der Altstadt an zentraler Lage. Das Zimmer war super gross und das reichhaltige Frühstück konnte in einem Innenhof unter freiem Himmel genossen werden. Die Angestellten waren super nett und alle nötigen Vorabinformationen wie Parkplatz, Check-In /-Out Zeiten, Frühstück, ... kamen unaaufgefordert rechtzeitig vom der Ankunft. Top Service!

Great location! Big size on the room we had. Lovely, welcomming and service minded staff!

The air condition was not working very good making it very warm in the room during the night even though it was set to max cooling at lowest possible temperature.

Parking a distance from hotel . A smell of drainage in room which could possibly not be fault of hotel but rather marred an otherwise pleasant stay

Lovely room, spacious and comfortable, however, as we were at the front of the hotel, it was a little noisy late at night as is in a central location. Just bring decent headphones. However the central location works really well for easy access to the sights, the beach and lovely restaurants. Staff very friendly and welcoming Breakfast: Plenty of choice and can pay extra for fresh omlettes etc. Lovely choice of setting for breakfast, inside or outside in a walled garden Beautifully and tastefully furnished hotel, that reflects both a modern and traditional Sicilian style.
