Very beautiful hotel in traditional style. The staff is extremly helpful and nice. It really makes a difference. Breakfast is amazing ! The room are spacious and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay there !

Little road construction out front. Probably wouldn’t of been a problem but it rained one day making it muddy.

Anantara is a decent hotel, the staff were helpful and professional.

Entrance of the hotel was disappointing. Might not be the best option for those travelling with small children.

The service of the staff is outstanding—willingness to help guests relax comfortably. Next to the hotel is Angkor Eye, very beautiful at night.

A few things that need to be improved is the wifi internet signal in case you want to work or have a meeting. Internet quality must be better.

Beautiful property, slightly dated feeling. But the room was clean and comfortable, great bed. Staff very helpful and accommodating. What makes this property good is definitely staff attention.

Spa and excurtions prices too high.

The hotel is beautiful in a traditional way..staff are amazing and super helpful. Location is not near town but they offered us 2 way tuk tuk transfer a day. Its the people that makes this stay very good

A few equipment in the gym are not working. Tour prices quoted by hotel is very high.

The room inside is too simple and old, isn’t worth the value, considering the amount of money I paid for. Wish it could be more modern and use better products. Also, can’t find any people when I arrived at hotel, I had to scream “hello” for assistance.

Room

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights during covid 19 period. Staffs were so friendly and caring. We found Nuy who speaks good Japanese and Sor who organized bicycles and restaurants for us exceptionally good. The Resturant gave us comfiness and provided authentic Khmer food and high level western cuisine. We decently come back here for next stay in Siem Reap.
