意珍餐厅的饭菜不是很符合标准。菜品很单调，不符合价格。希望可以改进。我在15天内去了很多城市，住了不同的酒店。 但这里的早餐很不符合标准。

The staff are impressive. All of them. I left my wallet in the fitness center. The staff called me and returned my wallet.

The location, view and room cleanliness exceptional. Nothing is a bother and staff fluent in English. Will definately be back.

the service at this four season is truly exceptional, extending from their room service to the swimming pool, with special recognition given to Susan from room service , as well as sister Liang and Jessica from the pool, who are outstanding in their roles. the commitment of all staff members to providing the best possible service contributes to the hotel’s remarkable reputation.

The room was spacious and luxurious, pool and gym had great views, breakfast was great and had views of the city

The pool was a bit crowded and the windows were a bit dirty on the outside

My parents had an amazing experience at Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the service is top-notch. Eden Yuan and Connie Wang from Reservation Department are extremely helpful during my reservation. They provided me tremendous assistances and have prompt responses to my questions, which ensures the 3-night stay for my parents were cozy and memorable. Thank you again, Eden and Connie! The room is spacious and clean with beautiful views. The hotel amenities are fantastic, especially the pool and fitness center. The location is also convenient, with easy access to popular attractions and restaurants. I would highly recommend Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou to anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is too old. Furniture was dirty, leather stools pealing off, breakfast so so. You expect much much higher standards from Four Seasons. One of the reasons I got from the reception after my complains, was that the hotel is cheaper that in Europe, therefore I should not compare. Insane!

Hotel starts at the 70 floor so the views are insane! Room was specious and clean Lounge was very good, excellent service and tasty dishes. Hope to come back again soon

Bad and pillows were too soft which was not comfortable for me. The rooms and spa are a little outdated comparing to newer hotels

First trip back after Covid but still excellent

Was upgraded to Junior suite which was excellent. Large living area seperate bedroom and larger bathroom. Heated self flushing toilets Only small moan not much cupboard space for clothes in the dressing room area But brilliant overall staff could not do enough for you
