Beds were really comfy

No lock the the bathroom door

The room was soo clean and comfy. The shower was amazing and the towels were so big and soft. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was very nice. The Rhys chicken was amazing and to find out it was named after the managers son just gave it that extra special touch..the wait staff were polite and accommodating and we were taken care of..The wifi in the room was great.i will definitely be back again.. it was good value and definitely worth the money... thank u 4 a fantastic stay..

I could not find a single thing I didn't like..

The flexibility of the staff. The place was not only impeccable but also they help me charging my EV on site, and were flexible to let me park there for 2 additional days even after I checked out as a courtesy. If the location suits you depending on where you need to be in Brisbane, is super recommendable!

Nothing, it was all good!

The location

There was mold on the sheets, mold on the floors. The fridge had been leaking therefore making the room smell. There also was a mouse that ran from under the couch. We didn’t end up staying

I didn’t like anything. Never ever booking there again and so as families friends .

I did you end up coming because my daughter and I were very sick the next day and I call to ask if I could get a refund but they say I couldn’t which I fix weird because they can’t expect me to come check in while I am sick and so as my daughter so that means the don’t care about their client getting sick as well.

I asked to fix the broken Bed 1st day but they didn't fix it properly next day also the same, this really bad experience staying with my family. and whole two days cleaners didn't clean my room as well

Property was fabulous - it bought back childhood memories when motels were family owned and well cared for. Staff were accommodating to our changed travel plans and their restaurant meals were good value and top tier.
