Quiet place in the mountains. The apartment equipped with everything, especially the kitchen. Rosi, the host, very nice and helped with everything we need. Amazing views around the place.

The farm is situated on top of a hill, revealing a great view of the picturesque mountains surrounding Kitzbuhel and it was so lovely enjoying breakfast from the balcony surrounded by nature and no buildings around. Rosi is one of the friendliest hosts I've come across - she was incredibly nice to offer us a ride to get food when she found out we'd come with no car, checked in on us when there was a big storm and we were up in the mountain, and dropped us off close to the station on the very last day. The apartment was cosy and very clean, decorated in an Alpine chalet style. We went to Kitzbuhel for hiking and it was convenient to have a fully equipped kitchen to make early morning breakfast/late evening dinners.

1. It would have been great if the hosts had informed us/asked in advance about getting us a Guestkarte. Since it was our first time in Tyrol, we had no idea we could get one and only found out about it (despite doing prior research) at the cable cars by which point it was towards the end of our holiday and there was no point. 2. The duvets of the bed were synthetic which is not a problem but they would keep us too warm and sweaty throughout the night and sleeping without them would be very cold. Finally, I'd say the location is not great if you're not using a car. It is 30-40 mins walk to the cable cars and main hiking areas, so if you're coming down the mountain tired, you'd have to walk all the way back and up the steep roads to the farm.

The room was fully equipped with everything you need for cooking by yourself. Everything was thought through, even a toaster is there ;). The location is a bit remote but everything is just a 10 minute drive away. The view from the room and the balcony is amazing. Also the possibility to store your ski equipment (the shoes are even being warmed up over night) is a nice extra. Most importantly the owners are super nice and kind. We got everything we asked for. We highly recommend this accomodation!

The house was beautiful, located in the picturesque country-side, surrounded by the mountains and fields (excellent walking trails nearby), and at 10 minutes of drive from excellent ski resorts. At night it was quiet and fresh - a perfect relief from a city. The apartment was perfectly clean and new, and very well equipped with all that was necessary. It has been arranged with a lot of taste, and natural materials, pleasant to see and touch. The host has been very kind and welcoming. We were so lucky to find this exceptional place!

All was perfect.

My wife and I cannot think of anything that we needed or wanted and it was not there. The house is situated 10 min from Fleckalmbahn which is the most convenient lift with big parking lot and access to the whole resort. Traveling to the house, you will be navigating to leave the main road and use a unpaved road, ascending into the woods. Don't be frustrated or scared, this is the right road and it's like that only for 100 m. Then the road is a bit narrow but asphalted, and leads you to a beautiful small and calm hill. In front of the house there is enough space to park your car. On the ground floor there is a room to leave your ski/snowboard. One level below, is the boot dryer room (not just warm room but real boot dryer). The apartment, Hahnenkamm, is very cosy, equipped with all you might need in the kitchen and looks exactly like in the pictures. Last but not least, the owner of the house was amazing. She was very kind, thoughtful and friendly. We loved her!!

Cannot think of anything that we didn't like, was missing or wanted to be different.
