Very clean room and staff very friendly.
Breakfast needs improvement, please add some South African traditional touch and include some 'wors'. Buffet did not have any meat left on Sunday night 21/11/2021 and there was no variety but we were charged full price.

The room was a functional size with the required amenities.
The staff on the day of checking in weren't overly helpful. We ordered wine and ended up having to go downstairs to collect it ourselves because they'd forgotten the room numbers. There was also a ruckus from the room next door, which took forever to be addressed.

We were quite happy with our stay, the room was exceptionally clean and the staff was competent. The breakfast was incredible and well prepared. The hotel is in the prime location, easy access to all the points of attration.

The kitchen staff saved our day, the customer service was at another level, simply great!! Want to mention Nokwazi!The food was awesome. The Wifi is always on and fast. The rooms are clean and well kept!!
The reception experience was horrible to say the least! I want to mention Lindokuhle! She’s just plain RUDE! And simply had no desire to assist welcome us in!! Lindokuhle definitely RUINED our day!! How she got to be at the reception area to welcome guests, only the hotel knows!!!
