The only thing that was acceptable was the breakfast. We asked the staff if we could get a breakfast on the go- and they arranged that for us.

Room was not what I expected from the photos, I mentioned that, and the staff said that room was booked. The room we got was dirty. Dirty stains on the walls; mold on the ceilings and it had a moldy smell. Gauteng was experiencing a heatwave, and I was looking forward to switching on the aircon - which then also didn't work properly and didn't cool at all. We were provided with worn out towels. We were greeted with hair in the bed and stains on the bed linen. The toilet flush also didn't work properly. The safe didn't work. Fridge doesn't cool, we bought ice to keep our cooldrinks cool in a cooler bag. Bed lamps are loose and broken and so are the bedside tables and also unbalanced. Curtains has holes in it and worn out. Limited TV channels. Noise disturbance at 2am in the morning! You don't get your own remote for the gate and security gate access is inconvenient. I reported this and only response I received was - we'll look into this, and it will be mentioned to the cleaners. Nothing was done for us.

The room was very neat, clean and pleasant to stay in, aircon works wonders as well, The staff is very friendly and very helpful, the breakfast is also good. Very safe and clean and well looked after lodge, would recommend anyone to the lodge, will defnitely visit again.

Nothing I could find fault, it was very pleasant, I cannot find fault with the lodge, room or with the Lodge or the parking. The cleaner might just work a little quit early in the morning and could be more available during breakfast time.

Breakfast was good. However I asked my egg not to be runny and it was still runny. The croissant was delicious.

The staff talk and laugh so loud while cleaning other nearby rooms. Wasn't calm They could be more mindful of guest and be discrete. Also they blocked the passage with brooms buckets and cleaning trolley. I couldn't pass to my room

Friendliness of the staff. They were also very friendly.
