Everything was good we really enjoyed our weekend!

Nothing!

The breakfast was decent and palatable. Thanks to the chefs. The facility was clean and neat. The location is 15 minutes away from Menlyn Mall and 8 minutes from Voortreker monument.

The ventilation in the toilets did not seem functional.

Everything except the uncontrollable noise in the evening

So much noise in the reception area when a group of guests returned from their activities. Uncontrollable noise which lasted for about 30 minutes n we talked to reception but they were just scared to tell the guests to keep it low. Later those who were watching the rugby game also made horrible noise. We reached out to reception but still nothing was done.

Jesus 😔they had a large number of guests who were very Loud ,we couldn’t sleep.it was just bad even during breakfast a disaster it was crowded and people were making noise

The bed and bedding was great, the room was not very clean though. The bathroom door nob was sticky and the glasses was dusty. Check in and check out was easy and staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good.

I loved everything, the staff was very friendly

They ran out if the most delicious livers, and served beef sausages

We left around 10am and came back after 1pm only to find our room still not cleaned

The room was not that satisfying. We saw a cockroach in our room, and the carpet was not clean. One of the lamps was not working.

The breakfast was great. My girlfriend enjoyed the breakfast more than I did and she wouldn't mind coming back for the breakfast cause it was good. The location is not that bad but it was far away from many things(Shops etc), but all in all it was exceptional. I can't wait to book again.

Everything was good with StayEasy there is nothing I can say it was not good but however I couldn't operate the safe. I followed the instructions but it seems like it was not working. Other than that, everything was great.

Breakfast was fine we just had to wait for it to be prepared because it got finish.

I booked a double bed because we traveled as a couple, instead I was given a room with two single beds. Reception informed me that Booking.com was to blame. All online bookings through booking.com were given single bed rooms.

Clean and comfortable room and bed

Poor TV service. TV not working and created a very boring environment. Please get us smart TVs with all the necessary streaming services. As much as the room was nice and clean the moment there's lack of entertainment I wouldn't blame one for rating the place 4 out of 10

The breakfast was amazin, I loved it. Easy to find. Neatness 100%

The 2 receptionist that welcomed us on the 4th were not so keen when we asked the question about the reception /network. They were like 'we don't have internet nor network at the hotel, we not sure ihambe nini and we not sure izobuyanini" only to find that's not true. Coz they were saying the card machine won't work. But the staff after them was amazing. Friendly and all.
