Dirty separate shower and bathroom, little parking,dirty broken unuable chairs on patio. Dirty kitchen.

Host was great and the place was clean.

Excellent location! 5 minutes or less to the beach and the main piazza, restaurants, bars etc The owner went out of his way to make sure we had anything we needed! He was contactable pre travel to answer any questions promptly and throughout our stay! The accommodation was clean, spacious and included an outside terrace. Overall excellent stay, highly recommended. Will definitely be back!

the house was really nice (in the inside). The outside didn't show the confort inside.

We didn't like Mondello as a place to spent a day. The beach is to short and it has no place to hung out at night

Everything was great! The owner is very nice and kind person,he cares about the comfort of the guests and wants them to stay happy in the apartments. The room was as expected: clean, quiet, bright, with TV, fridge and balcony, newly renovated. I would chose this place again if I would go to Mondello.

Very nice accommodation and very friendly host. Around 5-10 minutes walk but simple and straightforward to the beach and closest supermarket.

Fantastic property. Really well located, just a short walk to the beach and centre of Mondello. The room was lovely and clean, air conditioned, with a fridge/ hob/ kettle/ sink/ TV etc. All very modern and comfortable. The bed was really really comfortable (we have sometimes had bad backs from other hotel beds but not this bed. This bed was really really comfortable). We had a balcony where we could also dry our clothes/ towels. Second time we've come to Mondello and we'd definitely come again and we'd definitely stay here again. The guy who owns it is one of the loveliest people we've ever met. Nothing is too much trouble for him. He sorted the transfer to and from Palermo airport even though our flight was very delayed it was no problem at all. We honestly felt like we'd visited family. Just fantastic. Can't recommend it enough.

Beautiful modern room in an excellent location. short walk to the beach and the popular harbour area. excellent facilities in the room given the size. close to some great walking areas. Salvo is a great host, nice guy with great advice

There's free parking on the street of the accommodation. The host was very friendly and helpful.

grazie mile Salvatore. Our stay has been incredible. I wish we would have stayed longer. Everything is walking distance , its like 10 min to the centro, beach of Mondello. Salvatore is just amazing and very helpful. He brought us to lunch to a really nice place with great people and food. As well is was so nice to bring us to Palermo centro to be able to take the bus. Grazie Mile Salva. Eres un super host y regresamos cualquier momento.

Big living room with kitchen

Not really clean...and noisy room

Clean room & bathroom which looked newly renovated. Mondello beach was around a 15 minute walk from the property as well as the main town with bars and restaurants which was around 10 minutes walk

The room was very loud meaning you could hear when the doors outside were opening and closing and also the people talking or using the bathroom in the room next door.

Salvador was very friendly and helpful. He arranged accommodation for us last minute and also a transfer to the airport. He also gave us great recommendations including the best food in Mondello. His dog Luna was most friendly. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed.

Only that the bunk beds could have been more comfortable

The host was super helpful and nice and the house was close to the beach.
