The apartment was ideally located, it was very clean and the room was spacious for a family of 6 persons with 3 large double beds. Shower room and bath were great, good hot water and a powerful shower, the bathroom had towels, toothbrushes, razors, soap, shampoo and other items along with a hairdryer. We were on the upper floor of the apartment block but there were a number of lifts and it was never busy unlike some apartments we have stayed in, in the past. Thanks for the great stay.

The only thing that we think could have been better was the internet which was a bit slow.

Value for money , big room for big family: including washing (no dryer). Walking distance to most of the tourist places (10-15mints)

The room is no smoking ban, so u may have a chance to get a strong smoke room. (Request of changing room is subject of the availability)

I have stayed at this property before 4 years ago as it was good I decided to stay there again as the location was great. It suited us as we were 3 people which and rooms suitable for all .The location right next to the Mall was great as one day it was pouring rain so we went there for dinner without getting wet 👍😀

The kitchen sink tap was not working properly. The cleaning staff came every day but was not consistent and we had ring to check if they would be coming.

Strong smell of cigarat in the room. Staffs barely communicated English.

Good location, close to everything e.g. metro, shopping centre, restaurants also Beijing road etc. Busy around but quiet in room at night. Helpful staffs.

Not very clean bathroom, broken microwave, not working air conditioning remote control. Very hard to adjust the shower temperature. Not easy to find the font desk.
