Really enjoyed our stay in Nice! Lara and Thierry warmly welcomed us and made our stay enjoyable. First, the host are extremely welcoming. They provides a lot of useful tips for the city. Everyday they entertained us with conversations and gave us small tasty gifts. The apartment is nice and cozy. It is clean and has all facilities. The location is good. Has a nice suburb view. It was convenient to travel to the city center by bus which took around 15 minutes.

Everything. We had a room with a sea view. Thierry and his wife are really kind and helpfull during our stay. They advised us what is worth to see in Nice and around, Rotschild Garden was really nice. The apartment is well equipped, it is perfect for long stay. We had washing machine available in our apartment, it was important and helpful for us because we had a long stay. We also got some extras, like bootle of French wine, coffee capsules to coffee machine, and different flavours of chocolates. Everything was perfect for us.

Everything was wonderful. French couple was taking care about us all the time. Thank you very much, holidays were wonderful , oranges from your garden were delicious .

The owners were very friendly and helpful with suggestions about where to go local amenities etc and explained the garage / door & security features as well as the refuse and recycling. We worked out the rest - microwave / induction hob / dishwasher / washing machine enough to get everything working. The apartment was clean and spacious enough for two had all the amenities incl WiFi. For the budget I don't think we could have asked for any more. Try the local shop and bakery (3 min up the road by car) they're well stocked and bigger than they look. We loved our stay in Nice and a big part was having this lovely little appartment to come back to at the end of the day to relax and have a good nights sleep. Access to public transport is a 2 min walk to a bus stop - the system allows the purchase of a SOLO (1.50 euro) card that last about 74 mins and allows use of any BUS or Tram in the system... to get into Nice take #06 bus to Magnan and the T2 Tram - about 20 min. The integrated public transport system works very well. We will definitely book again IF we come back to Nice.

We hired a car - which once we learned how to use the public transport wasn't as necessary as we thought unless we wanted to go further afield (going to Monaco by TRAIN was the only excursion we didn't drive and was easy & cheap) Location is some way out from the town centre so you do have to travel into Nice - but we liked that, but some may not. I can't genuinely think of anything we were unhappy with relating to the appartment - owners were helpful but not intrusive and the apartment was clean, well maintained, homely enough with all the facilities you need... btw the beaches around Nice are pebble not sandy - so don't bring a "bucket and spade" Driving can be a bit of a challenge - if you are unfamiliar with French roads esp in the city centre where it can be more complicated. Parking isn't cheap in Nice but not outlandish for a large city and any free parking is heavily used by local people. The French people we met were 99% friendly and helpful and often spoke good English - as my school level French hasn't been used in years.

The hosts were very nice and helpful. The apartment is quite spacious with everything you need: cooking place, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washingmachine. The bed is comfortable and the apartment was clean.

The apartment is located next to the street. The cars drive by very fast and you hear them well with the opened window. With closed window it's okay. There is light with motion detector in front of the apartment. Unfortunately sometimes the cars who drive by can trigger the motion detector. At night in bed this can be disturbing. But I have to say that the noise of the cars was not a big problem. You get used to it quickly.

It is very nice, clean and comfortable apartment with a good equipment at one of the hills of Nice. Lara and Thierry are very friendly owners!

AC in living room worked only in our first day and not worked another 6 days, and it was a bit warm in the room...

With a car, the place was perfect for either an easy trip to town for sites, dinner; or eat in. Hosts were fantastic. They know area and can give great advice.
