Owner of the place was extremely nice and tried to make us comfortable but the damage was already done by the staff and their child.
Rude, in fact, disrespectful staff member with her child also made the experience excruciating.(undermined because we're a young black family)
Not offered life jackets for the kids to swim or even access to the pool area or told if we should guard our kids (it was as if we were a nuisance).
Had to be confined to our rooms because we were now uncomfortable.
Booking misunderstanding an the staff wasn't forthcoming on how it should be resolved.
10AM check out time on a Sunday is not good ( I think we were being kicked out).

Beautiful and comfortable place. Everything that you require as a traveler. It’s just the small things that they need to make sure are in place, enough cutlery in rooms. The level of noise from people on the property.
Otherwise the place is exceptional and I will definitely be back.

Wow, the staff is very friendly and accommodating and my son was very happy with the kids, as a result, he did not want to go to the guest house.

DEBRA WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE IF I HAD ANY QUERIES AND ALWAYS PLEASANT.SHE NEVER REFUSED US OF ANY REQUEST THAT I HAD.GARY VERY FUN LOVING JOVIAL HAPPY GO LUCKY.GARY MADE US FEEL SO MUCH AT HOME.OFFERING US MORE THAN WHAT WAS PROVIDED.HES HOSPITALITY WAS SUPER AWESOME LIKE IT WAS HOME TO US.OUR STAY WAS VERY PLEASANT.CLEAN ROOM N LINEN EVERYDAY.AGNUS WAS LIKE A SISTER TO US.SHE REALLY ENHANCES THIS GUEST HOUSE WITH HER WARMTH TOWARDS THE GUEST.THANK U DEBRA GARY AND AGNUS ,WE BOOKED 3 ROOMS AND WAS 100%SATTISFIED .I ENJOYED OUR LITTLE LAUGHTERS AND JOKES WITH THE STAFF THAT MADE OUR STAY A PLEASANT AND MEMORABLE ONE FOR ME N MY FAMILY AT 8 IBIS LANE GUEST HOUSE.WELL DONE N KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT SERVICE PROVIDED.I WOULD COME BACK OVER N OVER AGAIN IF NEEDED.MUCH LOVE TO ALL THE STAFF AND MEMBERS OF THE GUEST HOUSE.U GUYS ARE MORE LIKE FAMILY TO US NOW.

Ask for a room facing the pool. Otherwise you'll get a room facing the driveway entrance. Every car that pulls in and out including a diesel truck at 10pm (that left his engine running for 10 minutes), you'll hear loud and clear! The pool was murky. When I asked the manager, the pool cleaner said it was clean. Guess we have a different level of clean.
