The hotel is its own little island with food, entertainment, and shopping within the same area - which are a stay if a few nights is good. The food choices were awesome. The staff including the animators are amazing. There are sufficient activities to keep one busy.

It cuts off from the main town and medina - this is a tourist corner which is good perhaps but one doesn’t get feel of the country.

Chaos when we arrived. Hotel was too crowded! It was difficult to access the parking (we were told it was full although parking was included in the contract). It was not possible to find someone who can assist with the transfer of our suitcases.

Amazing. We were unable to leave we extend our stay and we Will come back.

I have had a 20 dinars that doesn't work torn and a part that lacks I haven't seen it at the counter

The Food was excellent 10/10, the rooms were nice and clean, the staff were friendly, helpful and generous.

A couple of suggestions would be having a card instead of a wrist band, longer shower curtain in bath, pools being open longer hours, the private beach being tidied up more.

- The staff was humble and welcoming - The private beach is well equipped with long chairs but I expected it to be just next door to the hotel, one has to walk around 400m to reach it.

Honestly, this hotel was overrated, when I was booking I did base on its rating and some comments, this hotel is very expensive compared to its offered facilities. It did not meet my expectations. It does not deserve 4 stars. I was disappointed by the following: - The food was ok, in 4 stars hotel I expected more food varieties especially for dinner almost no food with seafood, the food taste was normal nothing super tasty. Tape water was only provided for breakfast but not over dinner, they push you to buy a very expensive bottle of water. - The hotel is not clean, at the entrance and first floor you smell urine everywhere. - All the stairs are very dirty and there are insects and spiders in the rooms, which also was not super clean and they smell bad. - The hotel needs some renewing touches, many things look old, the rooms look like “dar khla3a” rather than a 4 stars room hotel. - The swimming pool opening time is very limited, from 10 AM to 6 PM which not very convenient for someone who wants to swim early in the morning or a bit late. - We were family and rented three rooms and mentioned while booking to have them next to each other but it was not the case, all our rooms were dispersed and we had to walk around long distances to meet each other. - The hair dryer was broken in one of our rooms and one works for a small period of time and stops and we have to wait that it gets charged and that was very annoying. - No elevator is available to access one of the rooms on the second floor, only stairs, which was not very convenient, especially for my mother who has knee problems. - The wifi was extremely bad in the rooms, it connects for some time and then disconnects and does not appear again, you should fix that! - I reserved three double rooms but one of the given rooms was single room type just because they did not have enough double rooms. - No one informs you about offered facilities/night programs/plans unless you ask.
