this property is at best a 3* and not a 5* as advertised. It is overrun with loud, rude obnoxious Russians. Loud kids ran riot despite areas for children to play, and the parents couldn't care less that other people had paid good money to stay there their kids were allowed to ruin your time. Locals also used the hotel and their kids were equally whiney and loud no matter where you went, they were there. The animation team constantly banged around shouting for you to join one activity or another, with no clue how to read the room, the same as the guy on the beach trying to get people to take a parachute ride or the vendors pacing up and down the sands selling stuff. No air con just a cold fan, no mini bar as advertised, hard rock very uncomfortable beds, and nothing like the glamourous photos. The view from my room (218) was that of the side of the adjacent hotel and a road ( not at all attractive and no good complaining as the staff on the desk didn't care. I also didn't get my a la carte dinner as they didn't tell you about it. I had to find out myself and the restaurant wasn't open and all I got was a smirk and "Oh well, next time" The inc drinks are awful if of course, you could get them, all I wanted was a pina colada which was NEVER available and the excuse was, oh it finished and that was @ 6 pm every night. They want you to purchase the premium alcohol by limiting the all inc that has been paid for The food to be fair was the hotel's saving grace as it was very varied and ample THE DONUTS are delicious. The pool was crystal clear, the sun loungers were plentiful This was my experience and opinion yours may be very different however I will never stay here again and wouldn't recommend it

the close access to the beach.. pool resorts and easy access for excersions. staff were nice and pleasant in the lobby area, perfume area, and pool and beach area.

1 bar staff was rude Downstairs leading to the outside family entertainment area. when I asked him to top my alchol drink up, felt like he needed a slap, as he didnt do what i requested and became argumentive, he was rude to other foriegn tourists, another is when the family entertainment finished, about 11pm.. 1 bar waiter thought he be clever and quickly walk passed and remove my drink off the table as they were cleaning up as I was still on my table.. in the oudoor entertainment area, without even asking and the glass wasnt even empty. so i had to place my drink back... when it came to dinner, being seated, you rely on waiters to accomodate your drink, i asked for a coke,, this guy just walked off and came back with a coffee lol and staff were unorganised... And this being all inclusive. bar staff acting like they own the alcohol, it wasn't even branded alcohol, just the cheap brand.. bathroom had ants roaming around the sink. have no idea where they came from but as the bathroom was fully tiled, it was outdated.. and bathtub has limescale and taps were old and rusty.. everyone i met weren't happy with the cleaniess of the room. Also No Internet WiFi.. the signal was horrendous. had to buy an International sim after day 3. Got fed up.

Very poor and dirty carpeting in the rooms and the corridors. Very old TV (cathodic tube!), old furnitures. Needs renovation urgently. Fitness access payable, which is weird for this category of hotels!

Comportement femmes de ménages impolies et parler à haute voix. Non respect envers le résident par femme de ménage. Personnel du restaurant: tu donnes du pourboire, tu seras bien pris en charge (pour quelques uns). Piscine pleine du chlore avec odeur insupportable.

La nourriture était trop bon L’emplacement aussi c’est top et pieds sur mer

Le personnel malheureusement.. le personnel préfère les touristes mais pas les maghrébins…ils nous ont déplacé de la table du dîner deux fois pour mettre les touristes aussi les serveurs servent que les étrangers..on a aussi demandé de faire le ménage mais ils n’ont pas rangé la chambre que après notre deuxième demande de plus on a appelé la réception pour demander des serviettes après une longue attente on a appelé la deuxième fois et la réceptionniste a raccroché.

La nourriture.

La propreté était pas au rendez-vous, ils m’ont donné une chambre qui ne correspondait pas a ce que j’ai réservé.
