Breakfast was poor. Buffet was not up to public helth. No tongs to pick up thé food to many thing not organise we feel we are in very dirty place.

Service is very late, you need to ask them multiple times to get the job done. Food is not delicious and without taste. The covered pool was not available. There are spots on the sheets and bad covers. The juce at the bar is extremely diluted. Wifi not working at the room. It is very hot at the reception.

Hotel is in a great location. A clean private beach in front of the hotel, the marina is a 6 min walking distance and so is the Yasmine Medina directly behind the resort. We found the staff throughout the hotel extremely friendly and always tried their best to take care of our needs. There are 3 indoor pools which were closed due to the summer season nevertheless there were atleast 4 outdoor pools, one was filled with seawater. The pool heights ranged from 0.90m to 1.90m, and there were two separate pools for toddlers at around 0.40m height. The pool area and beach were certainly the best parts of the resort, in fact we spent most of our time there. It's a decent hotel ideal for families. Taxi journey from Enfidha airport is approx. 35 minutes.

Considering this is an 'All Inclusive' resort, I was left dissappointed with both the drinks selection and variety of items available in the restaurant buffet. The restaurant has one small grill which always has a queue, on a saturday night we had to wait 40 mins in a queue for the grill. Next to the main restaurant there is another dining area with pretty much the same buffet selection, we often ate there as it was much quieter. Waiters were very slow in clearing tables once people had finished eating, this was very frustrating as you often found yourself waiting for a clean table. The hotel is a prime holiday destination for locals, so do try and avoid weekends as the resort gets packed. And many of the other holiday makers were oversees tourists of Tunisian descent, mainly from France so if you are from the UK you may find yourself as the minority. The decor throughout the hotel is outdated and in need of modernisation. Finally the key piece of information you are not told in any of the booking websites is there is actually two hotels on each side, El Mouradi El Menzah one side and El Mouradi Hammamet on the other. Both hotels share the same pool facilities so if you dont arrive to the pool nice and early, i.e. 8am then it is unlikely you will find any chairs/sun benches for the rest of the day.

the security guard was super nice makrem really helpful the guy behind reception and lifeguard too the lady who cleaned my room was really nice too

pool disgusting everything was tired out dated was a 2 star at best definitely not 4 star, I stayed at le sultan last month and they are worlds apart le sultan definitely 4 star I was glad I only was here for 5 days. I have rebooked le sultan for next year for 2 weeks. the waiter served Muslim man before me and another lady who was French even though he queued after us.
