the location and the view the breakfast was also nice

the lack of personal touch (no welcome treat on Xmas day!, very poor room service, uncomfortable furniture, also an outdoor blanket to watch the balcony view warmly could be very nice) hotel expansion construction works (noisy and vibration) we’re taking place since 8:00 in the morning!! that is unacceptable noisy heating system

The hotel is absolutely fabulous with stunning views and great breakfast. The pool is super instagrammable thought not heated. The quality of materials and the architectural design and implementation is very high , with customly made design details. Stunning interiors.

Sadly when we were there , there were constuction works happening right in front of us, with heavy drilling happening all day long except sunday... Also some interior renovation works happening. Not sure if the hotel should have been open under these circumstances... Though the rooms were fully soundproof, when opening the windows, the noise was unbearable. Though temporal, its something to ask if its ongoing. Also the spa was not working at the time.

Room was spotless, comfortable and huge, with nice and polite staff and fast check in/out. Housekeeping services was attentive, hotel had also a very clean and beautiful pool and the restaurant had delicious dishes. Hotel also had a fully equipped business center. The outdoor space can be used for events and celebrations. We went for hiking and cycling and it was fantastic, the area around the hotel was perfect for these activities.

Accommodation had a very nice view, it had a very clean and sunny room with wooden beamed ceilings and wooden floor. Mine had a large TV, bathrobes, and slippers on the bathroom, safe box and minibar in the room. Breakfast buffet with local dishes was served in the hotel's dining room. This area functions as a restaurant for the rest of the day. Fair rates for the season, so I would love to go again for more days.

The location was beautiful and the buildings and the atmosphere were beautiful as well. The pool was great. The woman at the reception desk was very nice and helpful. When we called her because we did not have warm water in the shower, she immediately came to try and fix it.

The room was way overpriced for what we got. We are having a roadtrip in Greece and staying at different sort of hotels with different prices. Here the price was very high, but the qualities of the room were the lowest we had so far. The room was small, the AC was very outdated, did not work properly and made so much noise we couldn't sleep. The warm water in the shower needed more than 15 minutes to come. The bed was uncomfortable. The breakfast was not that good, except for the sweet pastries. After one night we asked for a room with a better AC, but they only had a similar room for us. That's why we decided to leave. The hotel was not helpful at first. But Booking helped out and we could cancel the last two nights. If they would have asked a lower price for their rooms, it would have been better, because it is not a bad hotel, but way overpriced.

Breathtaking pool views

Additional charges in many things, coffee pods in the room, coffee in breakfast, additional menu for breakfast that you would not expect for the price of the room. Poor service during breakfast and disappointing check out , feedback was not even requested and the reception was in panic. Room looked tired, probably has not been updated for a while.

Very friendly and helpful staff. A very nice location, and a good base to explore the area, with wonderful views over the sea from the private terrace and the infinity pool. Hotel had good facilities - we used the gym and the restaurant a number of times.
