Always clean tidy and homely , I have been here a few times now I highly recommend it.Also easy walking distance to terminal 3

La vicinanza all'aeroporto. Necessita di un taxi se si scende al Terminal 1, ottimo invece se si arriva dal Terminal 3 perché raggiungibile a piedi attraverso la sopraelevata pedonale. Inserito in una strada dove sono presenti moltissimi negozi e ristoranti

La stanza è rumorosa, si sentono i rumori della strada e l'aria condizionata non è silenziosa

de afstand naar terminal 3 , de omgeving , een balkon.

dat er geen stoel en tafel op het balkon was , ook een asbak voor op het balkon ontbrak . het zijn kleine dingen die toch voor wat irritatie zorgen verder was het oke voor 1 nacht en voor herhaling vatbaar.

the apartment was clean, personal was really nice. there was a pool in the middle of the 4 clusters which was available between 8'00 and 22:00 you had to walk less then 5 minutes for supermarket, some restaurants in both ways. and the area felt really save, even around midnight

because of my length i noticed my feet sticking out most of the night. would advise the appartment if you arent above 6 feet.

I love the location. Near from Terminal and all shops.

I only notice one thing they don’t have Iron or steamer for clothes. But, still it’s wonderful.

air conditioner need upgrading

Very accomodating even though I arrived too early for check-in. The check-out was without a fuss. I came and went as I please.

Airconditioning was insufficient for the room size.

The closest hotel to the airport, only 2 min walk from the runway.

Very close to Manila Naia Terminal 3 5-10 mins walking distance. Good room for short stay.

Uncomfortable matress it was like sleeping on a rock also very small not ideal for tall people like me because my legs were hanging out the bed. Also very noisy air condition and rooms are a bit outdated.

Near terminal 3. Seems safe

Air conditioner does not display temperature(only cool/very cool/...) so is difficult to adjust. It's also very noisy. You have to call a grab cab to get another terminal.

Easy access

Easy check in. Accept early check in with additional charge. Clean and tidy room.

Bed was hard not comfortable.

the location is not clear to locate and the room is not clean. there are some cockroach when we arrived.

I like the property coz of its location that is near NAIA Terminal 3. The room is neat and clean and almost all you need is there.

I don’t like that there is no towel that is provided by the owner. I arrived late at the property and it’s already late night for me to buy towels.

The location was perfect for what we needed as we just wanted a place to sleep for the night before our flight in the next day. The place is very close to the airport: you can walk to the Property. Also nice size room.
