After paying an upgrade fee the room was reasonable and more spacious

Personal touches are lacking. Self check in and check out which I didn't really like. The first room which we had paid for was too tiny, with a tiny bathroom and no where to hang clothes. We had to pay extra for a larger room with five coat hangers. The rooms were not cleaned on a daily basis and no clean towels.

Great location. very close to the train station, Very quiet room even when it was located in front a main street. The staff was vvery nice and helpful.

The breackfast is ok. but in busy hours it is a mess, no cups, no glasses, very long lines to get coffee. The shower is very small, and all the floor in the bathroom gets wet.

ROOM: The room was pretty spacious for us as a couple. We had some issues with adjusting the A/C, but managed to solve it. The shower cabin was leaking so we needed some extra towels to cover the floor, but that didn't bother us that much. BED: The bed was okay, comfortable and with pretty comfy pillows. BREAKFAST: The breakfast was very nice, with nice selection of cold cuts, cheeses, bread, vegetables, fruit, eggs, sausages, pancakes... Juices and smoothie shots were also a nice addition. DESIGN AND SURROUNDINGS: The location was excellent for us, just a few minutes walk from the central station and station of Flix Bus and bus to the Malmö Airport. There were some bars in the area, and the center is also very close, just a few minutes walk across the bridge. COMMUNICATION: The staff was welcoming. We didn't enjoy the fact that the rooms are cleaned every 3-4 days since we really needed clean towels, but we got them when we asked for them. The check-in and check-out process went smoothly, and the reception was open even when we arrived late at 2:30 am. The wi-fi was okay.

We have no major complaints and would stay here again, especially for the price and the location - this is a good value for money.

I loved the breakfast and the room. The breakfast was so diverse and tasty, and the breakfast times were quite convenient for me.

Hard-to-beat location just by the Central Station, excellent for business trips.

Room doors could use better sound-proofing.

Hotel is close rail station which is perfect. Good breakfast as have most in the buffé. Quick check out.

Room: No Milk and Sugar for your tea/coffee in the room. Breakfast: Hot water for tea at breakfast was cold/lukewarm. Staff couldn’t boil some water for us.

Breakfast had a great range of options for different diets. Super close to the train station, which also contains a small grocery store and plenty of food options. Price was good.

Rooms were pretty small, and the desk was awkwardly placed to take advantage of what space there was. Having it be fold-down instead of fixed in place would be really nice.

The toilet door is too heavy to close. And my room was never cleaned during my stay

All of the staff that I dealt with at the barception were so friendly and helpful. The barception area was a great place to have a small bite to eat and also had a good variety of drinks. My room was cosy, welcoming, and always warm enough. The bed was very comfortable - I slept very well both nights. The location is fab, a one minute walk from Malmo central station and also close to the city centre.

Coming from one hotel worker to another we had to ask for a window handle to open the window, The night porter wasn’t the best, his attitude wasn’t very acceptable on the 3rd night, there was no wardrobe as me and my friend had to live out of our suitcases baring in mind we had spent 7.800sek and the tea and coffee station wasn’t the best had to keep asking for milk and sugar as it wasn’t already provided the hotel itself is very beautiful and cosy but I wouldn’t stay here again the Nordic hotel in Lund is better provided for

There is really NO option for Vegan in the Breakfast. Location is awasome as it is just close to Malmo Station
