I liked nothing in this place, food was not edible, just horrible, and hotel looks run down with javel spots all over carpets, design is combination of zillion styles and quite painfull to look at

massage is the main reason we went here, oh boy, very bad, took lymph manual massage, so bad and unprofessional I have no words to express how bad it was ( for comparison I take 1x week lymph massage) so I have a pretty good idea how one is done

The room was really good and spacious. We enjoyed the thermal pools, the facilities as a whole and also the breakfast. We spend very nice days and also visited nearby restaurants. It's convenient to drive to Luxembourg City or Schengen.

Booking a tennis court was a problem. It seems the agreements with the owner of the courts had been cancelled, so we couldn't play tennis. There was quite some misinformation amongst the employees on that matter. Parking is busy and can be stressful for electric vehicles, with only a few spots.

The spa

Dont stay here !!! In advance I asked if I they had a wheelchair on the premises that I could use as I had broken my foot a week earlier and was on crutches and in a moonboot.They said it would be available the 2nd day when another guest checked out. They failed to mention that it wouldn't be available until 6pm wasting a whole day. When checking out we booked a taxi and phoned reception requested that a porter come and get our luggage. We went down to reception to wait for our taxi and the concierge hadn't requested that our luggage be brought down. He became very rude and quite abusive then finally went himself to get our luggage himself as the taxi had arrived. He came back down and very slowly checked us out of hotel while the taxi was obviously waiting. The taxi driver was getting impatient as were we. We complained about the bad service he had provided and he kept repeating 'I am always correct' over and over and yelling over our voices. We finally got our invoice, paid and yelled over him that he wasn't correct and that he was arrogant and rude. I would never recommend this hotel while he still works there. He had a hyphenated name starting with 'Jean-???'

The rooms were small and hot. Air con noisy. Having the window open also noisy! Only one restaurant was open.

The spa is amazing! It is huge, big pools with cold, warm and very warm water, multiple saunas and jacuzzi, multiple shower areas, inside and outside with warm water, nice resting areas, all with very nice temperature. I am used to the German spa where it is cold everywhere except the saunas and I really loved that here there was a pleasant, warm enough temperature in the indoor areas. The whole place is very well maintained and the small details make your experience there very enjoyable (enough sun beds, many places to hang you towels, shower separators, ladies only area, changing room in the hotel lobby for those who did the check out but still want to use the spa, etc).

There are nice park with aviation museum on territory. The thermal water swimming pool and SPA-zone with excellent personal! Super service in restaurants and rooms!

No communication, about open restaurant in hotel, ore when doors closed, just from hotel, to next part, to restaurant. We was in shirt, doors closed, and it was nearly freezing outside, we need to whole around, tp go to our room. People seeing us, but even don't open the door anymore.

Very big bed and balcony, great restaurants within the hotel

Very expensive for accommodation, true it contains breakfast and access to the thermal bath and amenities, but still the price is way too high for what is being offered. the furniture looks cheap, the suite is probably just two former rooms put together so you have a lot of walls in between, the toilet is separate but no sink to wash your hands. the spa space is not well used and it is difficult to get from one point to the other.

We really enjoyed the spa procedures and the atmosphere of the hotel.

Everything was great, especially the SPA facilities. Very clean and lovely staff.

- Wellness pool was really great. It was very relaxing and great water massage of the whole body. Plus, water temperature was very pleasant. If I ever come back to this hotel, it would be only for the wellness pool, nothing more. Everything else is overpriced with very poor quality.

- Customer service is horrible. Starting from the first interaction when making SPA massages reservation up until the checkout from the hotel - horrible. No one ever from the hotel answered to the questions that I asked in the booking.com messages after I have done the booking. This whole booking was a surprise birthday present for my sister and I also booked SPA massages. I asked, if apart from the reservation confirmation, they could send me a kind of picture in a pdf form (a sort of gift voucher), that I could present to my sister on her birthday. They did not reply and after several tries to hotel email directly,they told me that I have to do it on their website. But for that you have to put on all your personal details on their website, create an account, then PAY for the massage right away by providing your credit card details and only after that you can hope that a pdf picture will be sent to your email. Never seen such a horrible customer experience. - Staff is treating you like a "number", not a real customer. They are very rude. One staff member tells you do "A", you do it, the other tells you it was wrong to do "A". And you end up in a frustrating situation being treated not like an idiot, as if you cannot understand the rules. For example, as we arrived, receptionist told us we could go directly after the checkin to our SPA massage treatments at 18.00. I told him, but it is 17.50 now and we have still to go the room, put our luggages and get ready (you need to take a shower at least after a long travel and put on swim suit) and we will be late. He said, you don't need to hurry, everything is fine, they will wait for you. We went upstairs, tried our best to get ready quickly and arrived about 10-15 minutes late to SPA massage area (you have a long walk in the corridors, so it takes also time). At that point SPA massage specialist told us in a very unpleasant tone that we are late.
