Einfach nur klasse
Das einzige aber ist eigentlich net so schlimm ist das es kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer gibt.

De kamer was prima in orde. We hadden de kamer met balkon geboekt die was erg mooi.
Alles wat verder met een hotel te maken heeft viel tegen. Dit hotel is uitsluitend gebaseerd op het casino. We zaten buiten op het terras en geen bediening, de drankjes moesten we binnen halen in, wat een soort van supermarkt bleek te zijn die midden in het casino zit. Alles is gebaseerd op de gokkers op zijn plek te houden. Er rijden robots rond die drankjes brengen en glas ophalen. In een hotel verwacht ik als gast gekend te worden maar daar is geen sprake van.

j’ai énormément apprécié l’accueil, le vaste parking (qui d’ailleurs prévois des places de parking exclusivement pour les femmes au plus proche de l’hôtel, ça donne un sentiment de sécurité), la chambre était somptueuse et très bien équipée
le casino est exclusivement « électronique » il n’y a pas de croupier qui tourne la roulette ou qui donne les cartes .. une petite déception de ce côté là

The staff were very helpful and the food and drinks were pretty good! It’s in a good location with good parking and only about 20 minutes from downtown Luxembourg!
The restaurants on the property didn’t open until evening time.

the size of the room, comfortable bed, very nice staff, limited variety but tasty breakfast, free parking, complimentary water in the room
no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, no bathrobes, no slippers, no conditioner, entrance to the rooms through the casino, no indications on how to find the breakfast room, noises from the corridor clearly heard in the room, poor light insulation, the location, bed lamps not working, doesn’t feel 4 stars quality

The room was spacious and clean. Facilities worked well. The breakfast was great. Definitely high cost-performance ratio.

The size of the room for the price was excellent
Breakfast restaurant was excellent for ambiance and choice of breakfast
No separation between the hotel and the casino, so had to walk past unsmiling people losing money on fruit machines.
No tea or coffee making facilities in the room, there was a minibar but obviously at cost.
Complimentary water would be welcome.

I stayed here for the Luxembourg Ironman and it was exactly what I needed. Very close to Remich, which is where the race was located.

Great room with a big bath and amazing sauna.
There was no furniture on the balcony which was a shame because the weather was great and the balcony was super spacious.

The suite was just beautiful and the staff were amazingly available and soooo nice
The noise during the whole night 😞someone vacuuming after midnight; furniture being moved after that time as well; people screaming...super weird...specially considering it's a separate part of the casino where there are only 2 rooms 🤔 it was quite scary 😨 😳

We liked the Casino in the hotel and also the restaurants which are directly inside the Casino.
So everything is in the same place and that makes it very easy.
We liked all of it. Nothing to complain.
