The Motel was excellent, Staff very friendly and professional, the room was tasteful furnished , light and bright. The minute we walked in we felled very comfortable, the beds nice, cozy wonderful.

up from the arrival everting was perfect. late check in was possible, when we arrive a table in the local restaurant was booked, the hitting in the room on! every small detail was about making the guest feel welcome!

A great little Motel, right near the river and just around the corner from the main street of Ross. Because of it's size you are treated like a person not just another client. Don't bypass this place, well worth the little effort to drive into Ross to stay here.

Friendly staff, willing to go the extra mile. Very clean and comfortable. Good location and easy to find. It was nice and quiet, didn't hear noises from adjoining room.

Not the motel's fault ... guest next door starting their car before 7.00 a.m. and leaving the engine running for 10-15 minutes before they left.

Motel described the facilities there is an kitchenettes but it is empty inside. No kitchen for cooking like oven and sink for cleaning . Completely misleading . Bathroom put only wash body but no Shampoo. one Toilet paper for 3 guests . we use our additional toilet instead Staffs texted so rude after checked out. They described I make a big mess to damage all there room on the surface and by not using unused bin, overflow bin on their surface bed room , ear bug, hygiene products and they concern of health hazard and Covid sth that it is nonsense. Actually, there is only two small bin and one small bin in the bathroom. and I don see any bin in the bed room that they said unused bin. I confess I might overflow tissue to the small two bins and one in the bathrooms because the bin is too small and I did drink few bottle of beer and put it near small bin. For other hygiene product, I used only my shampoo, hair wash and body wash and toothbrush . Is it wrong to use too? I always do it same ways what I used to stay many last accomodation before without any rude complaint like this motel. is it the responsibility for motel/hotel to clean up collect rubbish from the bin after guest checked out. Or guest need to pay full price then must clean up everything and collect rubbish for motel and hotel. ? Also, this motel used rude words and exaggerated too much about my stay just to ask for additional fee cleaning . First they said I leave dirty on the every surface of bedroom, after I responded back to there text phone, they responded back, certainly not to cover bedroom with used tissues and hygiene product . I am so confused what they want. Lastly I checked out early morning. There is no secure locked box to leave key after checkout . I leave key inside house without unlock door. I don know who made up or motel made this up. I am not there after that so they can say whatever they want . They always say health hazard that involved cleaning.

Location is good, short walk to the Cafe and Pub, the pub meals are amazing (Not joking) Great to have a laundry room, will cost you $8 though. Hotel manager was helpful after initial check in. Cares about your stay. Generally a quiet place to stay. Updates to more modern shower heads and larger TV.s will serve this hotel well. We will return.

The check in was a little frosty from the hotel manager, apparently not allowed to be in the reception room ? as the door is meant to be locked? Strange situation as most hotels greet you you inside.Not sure on this. The Tv in both our rooms are the size of a shoe box. The fans were noisy Train comes through 4:00 am every morning Sound proofing is limited. One room had awesome water pressure the other didn’t. No heat lamps in one bathroom.

location was perfect. I did like being able to purchase cheese and biscuits at reception. excellent helpful Manager.

Fantastic location and facilities. Excellent communication from Motel ahead of our stay, on dining options given we stayed an public holiday.
