Pleasant hotel located within walking distance of the old town and the riverside. Fairly large rooms and sizeable bathroom fitted with marble. Breakfast not very varied but quite OK. Reserved parking places in front of the hotel are few but there is a very large paid parking right there.

Gostei muito dos funcionários, super prestáveis e simpáticos. Adorei a tecnologia do elevador e o ambiente do mesmo. Gostei da experiência. O pequeno almoço tinha bastante variedade. Adorei a mascote 🐕

Infelizmente dava-se para ouvir tudo o que acontecia no corredor e no quarto do lado. A zona de pequeno almoço, apesar da variedade poderia estar mais clean, e o cheiro do quarto no início foi um grande impacto mas era devido ao mini frigorífico do quarto.

Localização, o staff sempre disponível e simpático. O hotel era pet friendly, facilitando muito a entrada ao meu cão. O representante do hotel , rico, ótimo anfitrião !! O estacionamento tinha bastantes vagas ! E logo em frente ao hotel numa zona pacata ao fim de semana .

Camas duras e o pequeno almoço um pouco pobre.

Location is good and there is some parking available but only 3 spaces for hotel guests. Fortunately on the first day we were able to use one of these. There is additional parking in the square just outside but this is payable at the machine. Staff were very helpful and spoke good English. We also discovered a nearby restaurant called O Quintal which was excellent as the hotel does not do evening meals.

The breakfast room is small and was overcrowded when we were there. It may be there was a coach party staying and all came at the same time but it would have been better if there was more space. Due to the overcrowding some people were having to wait for a table to become available. The breakfast itself was good and there was an adequate selection of food which was kept topped up.

Really pleasant.Staff was super courteous and helpful. Suite was clean and everything worked fine. We will recommend it to all our friends and relatives in a heartbeat.

Not a negative thing

Excellent breakfast and staff. Not used to traveling a city with mountains, hills and roundabouts so difficult getting around the city Desk staff helpful esp Helena! Gabriel was helpful also

The location was central. The front desk manager was beyond amazing. We had a two room suite, which was wonderful for work Zoom calls!

The king bed was firmer than we liked, but we got used to it and had a good night sleep. You have to pay for parking ..while not expensive, it required feeding the meters first thing in the morning.
