Maintenance needed

The space between ourselves and the children was excellent with tvs in the room an absolute awesome for the fact we were literally tired and a tv in the room to wind down helps a busy active mind also loved the full kitchen utensils and cookery etc didn't get to use the washing machine which was what I was hoping to get done before leaving just ran out of time and quite seriously could and would of appreciated it if we had of been able to stay longer maybe next time though....

The staff basically refused my husband the right to go back to check the room and pool area for a ring that was dropped between there and the foyer of the hotel maybe also...although we asked if they could keep an eye out for it and explained what it looked like we have heard nothing back and haven't found it amongst our luggage....

Was clean tidy. Great facilities. central without being too central. Quiet

The Chinese staff from reception who checked us in at late night on arrival day, he was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately I don’t his name.

The concierge team was disaster, no one who could really help you there, there was an Asia middle age woman was even very unfriendly and a bit rude. It was very disappointing.

The room was comfortable and the bed was really comfortable. Overall good facilities. Liked the plunger coffee in the room. Service overall was friendly and attentive everyone was efficient and happy to help

The food offer was basic and the Cafe at reception was closed all weekend. Location is at the opposite end of the city to where everything happens so a trek each night for restaurants and anything else we wanted to do. It's all walkable but other hotels probably better located

management staff were exceptionally helpful

1) the shower door did not close correctly resulting in a flooded floor 2) the wifi did not support a Zoom call

location is excellent, rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, staff are friendly and helpful

bar closed very early , even on Christmas Eve, a little disappointing. bathroom products were not of a quality expected in this standard of hotel, shampoo particularly bad!

The location ended up being fairly good albeit right off the motorway. Size of the room for two was also an asset, included a clothes washer which was useful.

The room initially felt dark and outdated, as did parts of the hotel. A step down from our previous place in Hawkes bay.
