Located close to the city center (maybe 3 km away) and positioned very close to bus lines and S-Bahn that can get you there easily, the hotel has very nice rooms, cleanliness is not a problem, and surprisingly quiet, given the fact that it's next to a boulevard. Every room has the name of a famous actor /actress and the whole theme of the hotel is nicely built around the Cinema and Hollywood feel. Staff was nice and helpful, and there is also private parking available if you plan to come by car, but you don't want to park on the street like us. The Fotos on the internet with the hotel are 10/10 with reality

Amazing place to stay. Bus stop just next to hotel and metro station really near. Awesome breakfast options, nice Italian restaurant downstairs. And very helpful and friendly staff!

Close to amenities. Hop on hop off bus just down the road bus servies and access to train station. Really lovely area

Staff was friendly, check in process fast and easy. Room was clean, comfortable and well sized. Stocked withcoffee, tea. Common areas were clean and quiet. Fitness facility was great! The location is great! Nearby s-bahn and u-bahn stations: easy to get around berlin on a day pass. Also walkable distance to zoo , Tiergarten and shopping.

Fruit salad at breakfast tasted not fresh.

The room was clean and large enough for two. Only few minutes to closest underground and s-bahn. The staff helped every request.

Could hear outside very clearly even though the windows were closed. One "bad thing" is people could cut the line to the front desk, and the staff wouldn't say anything about it.

Amazing staff, never had a faster checkin/out than this. Location is amazing, in the bustling Kurfürstendamm which is surprisingly quiet in the night. Themed rooms, awesome facilities. Coming back!

Shower water varied the temperature which burns or freezes you sometimes. Duvet was quite warm for the weather and I'm sure if I wasn't lazy and asked them they'd change it but I decided to roll with it.

Great value for money and a great location. Big room with big windows and a walk-in closet. plenty of room for a family of four. The staff were lovely and quickly sent a guy to fix a window that didn't close properly.

Second floor on a (relatively) busy road was a bit noisy at night, but really not that bad. Sofa-bed was not very comfortable and would roll in a bit every time, but it was more then sufficient for the children (4 and 7) who slept very well on it.

It was the good clean quite room. The best breakfast iv had at a hotel. Great experience thanks media hotel 💯

furniture a bit old obnoxious man named Mustafa mumbled something nasty about my nationality; not sure why or what his problem is but he should not be there. He was at the front desk about 330am Sunday morning……. the desk attendant! I reported him to management. They get it.

Overall very nice hotel with character. Breakfast was also really good.

The air conditioning did not work well in the room one of the days. Something that could be improved.

A child friendly hotel on an ideal location in the city, quiet in the evening, with U-bahn nearby. The hotem staff is vert friendly and helpful. If we ever visit Berlin again, we will stay at the Hollywood hotel.

This is our 4th time being in this hotel. the location is perfect and the room area is sufficient even for my 5 years son

Very good location in the center. Next to a lot of shops, bars, restaurants. Public transport at a few minutes walk. Very silent rooms (windows towards the inside) Parking spat was reserved as requested. (not so many spots available)

The outside of the hotel could use some cleaning. It starts to look outdated in this way. (the insude was clean)

The hotel itself is really pretty and the location is really good.

The bedsheets are pretty hard as well as the mattress.

The hotel was easy to find, check in staff lovely, the rooms were fabulous and the entire hotel was unique! Even the lifts are instagrammable! It was quiet and a wee bit of peace in all the business. Plus, those showers are outstanding! The area was safe, there is a Lidl round the corner, hopon hopoff bus nearby, public transport easily accessible, amazing shops, close to the Xmas market....all round brilliant.

I didn't like that we had to leave so soon!

Pictures were misleading as the room was outdated which was disappointing. Another bug bear was that there was no option to decline cleaners each day as there wasn’t a door hanger. Not major, but irritating. In addition there was a mouldy sprite in the minibar which was quite worrying to see
