The breakfast was super. The buffet had such a wide variety of items catering to many international tastes. The staff was very attentive and made sure we had our coffee before we were even through the buffet line. We also needed to store our luggage following checkout and they have a room for guests to use if they want to do some touring or need to run errands before they go on their way. The evening and morning desk clerks were very helpful with answering questions. In all a great experience.

I've stayed in some ropey 3 star places recently, but oh my Chassalla was a pleasant surprise!! Nice, tidy, clean room. Complimentary water. Could drop bags early. Friendly staff. Easy access. Lovely breakfast.

The hotel stinks of cigarette smoke. Even though there are no smoking signs in the rooms, they are completely ignored. The windows on the stairwell were closed so I had to open them to let the stinch of smoke out. There were a group of people standing in front of the door to the hotel ”smoking” so I had to walk through a smoke cloud to enter. The ash tray is literally beside the main entrance!!!!! It was slso very dusty in my room. As if it had not been used or cleaned for months!
