Breakfast staff was extremely rude. While I was packing up the car with our luggage, I've sent my girlfriend to breakfast to eat something and grab something for me before the trays are taken, one lady from the kitchen staff (that was looking disgusted at us in previous days; Austrian/Hungarian maybe) yelled to her in German something about the breakfast hours, shown her she's overtime by a few minutes and kicked her out. It's as if she was waiting for the opportunity to harrass her, because she didn't dare say anything to me. I've travelled to 14 countries and this never happened to me. Even the frontdesk lied to us and blamed it on "lost in translation" kind of misunderstanding. It blows my mind that for 154 euro/night for a studio apartment you can get treated like this. Otherwise I would have left a higher rating, but such staff should be prompty fired for this kind of behavior in the service industry.

Very helpful and friendly service.

Breakfast was really good, great variety. We spent quite a lot of time in the pool and the wellness area. Garage parking and electric car charging costs extra, but it was very convenient for us.

The breakfast was exceptional. The pool and sauna were very relaxing and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable and we slept very well.

Parts of the hotel were recently renovated. The not yet renovated rooms are still nice, but slightly dated. However, if.you do get a recently renovated one, then those rooms and especially the bathrooms are absolutely fabulous.

Hotel Sued in Graz is easy to find by car and public transport to the centre is very convenient to use as the bus stop is just 150m. It is a very pleasant part of the city and there are couple of nice restaurants in easy walking distance. Lovely rooms with air condition. Breakfast is wonderful and wide selection of hot and cold food served from 7hr. am.
